We will collect information you actively provide when using the services, as well as information generated during your use of functions or services through automated means, as follows:

b. You may also log in to this product using third-party accounts. You will authorize us to obtain your public information registered on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) to bind to your TrackMe App account, enabling you to directly log in to and use this product and related services.

a. When you use functions related to uploading pictures, micro-chat, and video chat, we will request your authorization for camera, photo album, and microphone permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of TrackMe App.
b. When you use the "Phonebook" or "Shipping Address" function to add contacts, we will request contacts permission and process the information in the contacts with encryption algorithms. Contacts information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the quick add function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of TrackMe App and related services.
With your consent, we will collect the watch's phone number for call functions, balance/data inquiry, and balance/data recharge. The above information will be stored encrypted. Unless you voluntarily choose or comply with relevant legal requirements, we will not provide the above information externally or use it for purposes other than the above functions.
We will collect location information from the bound watch for basic positioning, historical footprint, and geofencing functions. We will continuously locate the watch during its use (once every 1 minute, 10 minutes, or 60 minutes). You can customize the location frequency in the work mode. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of TrackMe App and related services. Location information is stored encrypted on the server and will be periodically deleted based on server storage capacity. Location information will not be stored for more than two weeks.
To implement the step counting function in the watch, we need to record your step information, which is sensitive information and is stored encrypted on the server. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the step counting function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of TrackMe App and related services. You can turn off this function through the TrackMe App.
When you use the voice input or text input functions of micro-chat, we will collect your voice content and text information. We process it in real-time and return the processing results to you. Micro-chat information will be cached on the server for 3 days and automatically deleted after 3 days.
When you use the TrackMe App to set up Wi-Fi for the bound watch, the Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password you set will be stored on our servers. We will also collect the MAC address of the set Wi-Fi to provide you with this service. The above content is sensitive information and is stored encrypted on the server. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the TrackMe App.
When you use the device user information function, we will collect the avatar, nickname, and phone number you set. We consider the above to be sensitive information, and you can choose to set it as needed.
When you use the function to receive watch SMS on behalf, we will collect SMS messages from the bound watch for you to view, as collecting the above information is necessary to realize this function. The above information will be stored encrypted and SMS data on the server will be deleted within a certain period. Unless you voluntarily choose or comply with relevant legal requirements, we will not provide the above information externally or use it for purposes other than the above functions.
When your watch supports the camera function, parents can take photos through the watch to obtain them, and children can also manually take photos and upload them to parents. Photos will be cached on the server for 3 days and automatically deleted after 3 days.
When you use the search service on TrackMe App, we will collect your search keywords and logs. To provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device and can be used to display search result content and search history to you.
We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable service is our core goal. The information collected to realize the security assurance function is necessary information.

To ensure the secure operation of the software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifiers (such as Android ID), MAC address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, and service logs. 5.2 When you open content-type push messages, after obtaining your explicit consent, the relevant content will be opened via a jump. Without your consent, there will be no self-start or associated start.
5.3 When you open a file downloaded within this App, it may associatedly start a third-party App
a. Principle of Authorization and Consent: Sharing your personal information with our affiliates and third parties requires your authorization and consent, unless the shared information is de-identified and the sharing third party cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. If the purpose for which an affiliate or third party uses the information exceeds the original scope of authorization and consent, that affiliate or third party needs to obtain your consent again.

c. Payment Functions: Payment functions are provided by third-party payment institutions cooperating with us. The third-party payment institution needs to collect your name, bank card type and number, expiration date, and mobile phone number. The above information is sensitive personal information and is necessary for the payment function. Refusing to provide it will result in your inability to use this function, but will not affect the normal use of other functions.
When you choose to participate in marketing activities organized by us, our affiliates, or third parties, you may be required to provide name, mailing address, contact information, etc. This information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide it may affect your participation in relevant activities, but will not affect other functions. Once you leave the "TrackMe App" and related services and browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we will not have the ability and direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit on software or websites outside of TrackMe App and related services, regardless of whether you log in, browse, or use the above software or websites based on links or guidance from "TrackMe App".
We attach great importance to your management of personal information and will do our utmost to protect your rights to inquire, access, modify, delete, withdraw authorization, cancel your account, complain, report, and set privacy functions regarding your personal information, enabling you to protect your privacy and information security.
You can inquire about and access your avatar and username in TrackMe App under "Me — Profile — Edit Profile."

You can apply to cancel your account in TrackMe App under "Online Help." The cancellation takes effect immediately upon application. You acknowledge and understand that canceling an account is irreversible.
