The "VMOV App" is a mobile application developed by Shenzhen Security Guardian Technology Co., Ltd. (Company address: A620, Mingyou Industrial Products Exhibition and Procurement Center, Baoyuan Road, Xixiang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen) (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company") to be used in conjunction with smartwatches. Administrator or other bound members (i.e., the adult who binds the smartwatch, hereinafter referred to as "you" or the "Administrator") can bind the smartwatch of the watch user (hereinafter referred to as the "watch user") through the "VMOV App", thereby enabling convenient communication between you and the watch user, helping you manage the watch user's security protection, health monitoring, communication interaction, and usage management of the smartwatch.

When you use the various services, functions, or make relevant settings of this App as the Administrator, we will process your personal information based on the necessity of providing the service, obtaining your consent, or other legal bases. This "VMOV App Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") aims to inform you about how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information. You can review this Policy at any time in the App under "Profile - About - Privacy Policy".

We hereby remind you: Before using our product or submitting any personal information, please carefully read and fully understand this Policy. This Policy will be provided for you to read and confirm your agreement when you register an account, and will also be displayed or linked on pages or sections related to personal information collection within the product. We will strictly follow the commitments in this Policy to collect and use your personal information. For situations where laws and regulations require your "separate consent" (such as collecting sensitive personal information, providing personal information to third parties, transferring personal information abroad, etc.), we will obtain your explicit authorization separately in specific scenarios. We will not bundle all your personal information for collection just because you agree to this Policy.

Please be sure to read all terms of this Policy carefully. Among them, we will prominently indicate categories of personal information collected, usage scenarios by means of bolding or underlining, and also mark terms that exempt or limit our liability in bold, please pay special attention.

1. Scope of Application of this Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as those defined in the "VMOV User Service Agreement".

This Privacy Policy applies only to the VMOV App developed by Shenzhen Security Guardian Technology Co., Ltd., including functions/services entrusted or integrated by Shenzhen Security Guardian Technology Co., Ltd. from or with its affiliates and embedded within the "VMOV App".

Affiliates as used herein refer to companies, organizations, or individuals related to the Company by common ownership or control; third parties refer to companies, organizations, or individuals that are not related by common ownership or control (i.e., non-affiliated companies) or other unrelated individuals.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the following situations:

a. Collection and use of your personal information by third-party services (including any third-party applications and websites) accessed through our products and/or services;

b. Collection and use of your personal information by other third parties that provide advertising services within our products and/or services.

c. Our products and/or services may include or link to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. Such third-party services are operated by the relevant third parties. Your use of such third-party services (including any personal information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policy (not this Privacy Policy), and you need to carefully read their terms. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. This Privacy Policy only applies to the information we collect, save, use, share, and disclose, and does not apply to any services provided by third parties or the information usage rules of third parties. We assume no responsibility for any third party's use of information provided by you.

2. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

According to the Personal Information Protection Law, personal information is various information recorded electronically or otherwise related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding information processed anonymously; sensitive personal information is personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily violate the personal dignity of natural persons or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric information, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts and tracks, as well as personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.

During your use of the "VMOV App", we will collect and use information actively provided by you (the administrator and other bound members) or generated due to the use of the service. Administrators and other bound members are not required to provide us with personal information, but in some cases, if you choose not to, we will be unable to provide you with related products or services, nor respond to or resolve issues you encounter while using our products/services. We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated in this notice and with your consent.

2.1 Registration, Login, Password Retrieval, Account Information Modification

2.1.1 Account Registration and Login

When you register a VMOV App account, you need to provide a unique username and set a login password.

After logging in, you can improve your online identification information (such as avatar, nickname) so that we can provide you with more personalized services. After successful registration, you can set security questions and answers and security email in "Settings - Security Center" to retrieve your password.

Storage Period: Your account information such as username, password, avatar, nickname, security questions and answers, and security email will be retained for the duration of your account. When you cancel your account, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will immediately delete the above personal information or anonymize it.

2.1.2 Third-party Account Login and Binding

You can also log in to this product using your WeChat account or Apple ID or Huawei account. When you choose to log in using a third-party account, we need to obtain the public information returned after your authorization on the third-party platform, including:

WeChat Login: Obtain the nickname, avatar, and OpenID (unique identifier of the WeChat user on the WeChat platform) authorized by you on the WeChat platform, to create an account for you in the VMOV App and bind it to that WeChat account, allowing you to log in directly via WeChat account and use this product and related services.

Apple ID Login: If you use an Apple device, you can choose to log in to this product using your Apple ID. We will obtain the nickname, email address, and user identifier authorized by you on the Apple platform to create an account for you in the VMOV App and bind it to that Apple ID, allowing you to log in directly via Apple ID and use this product and related services. You can choose to hide your real email address, and Apple will generate a random forwarding virtual email address for you to receive emails.

Huawei Account Login: If you use a HarmonyOS device, you can choose to log in to this product using your Huawei account. We will obtain the avatar, nickname, and Huawei account information authorized by you on the Huawei platform to create an account for you in the VMOV App and bind it to your Huawei account.

During the third-party account login process, we only obtain basic information within the scope of your authorization, and will not obtain your non-public content on the third-party platform (such as WeChat Moments, friend lists, chat records, etc.; Apple Health data, iCloud content, etc.). After logging in with a third-party account, you can still supplement or modify your nickname, avatar, etc. by tapping your avatar in "Profile". If you wish to unbind your third-party account, you can do so through the "Unbind Third-party Account" function in "System Settings" or by canceling the third-party account. After unbinding, you will not be able to use that third-party account to log in.

Storage Period: Information obtained from third parties such as OpenID, user identifier, nickname, avatar, etc. will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain your login status and account binding relationship. When you cancel your account or actively unbind your third-party account, we will immediately delete the above information or anonymize it.

2.1.3 Password Retrieval

When you forget your account password or need to retrieve your account, to ensure the security of your account, we will perform a security verification of your identity. You need to provide the corresponding account information to prove that you are the legitimate holder of the account.

Information we collect:

  Security question answers: The security questions and answers you preset in "Settings - Security Center".

  Security email verification code: A one-time verification code sent by the system to your reserved security email to verify your control over that email address.

  The above information is only used for identity verification and account retrieval and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). We will encrypt and store the security question answers and verification codes to ensure data security.

Purpose of processing:

  Verify your identity and confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the account;

  Assist you in resetting your password or restoring account access.

Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to send verification code emails and verify security answers.

Storage period:

  Security questions and answers: Will be retained for the duration of your account for subsequent password retrieval or identity verification. You can modify them at any time in "Security Center".

  Verification code: Temporarily stored on the server only for the validity period of the verification code (usually 10 minutes) for comparison. Immediately deleted after expiration or successful verification.

Deletion mechanism:

  Manual modification: You can modify security questions and answers in "Security Center" at any time; the original information will be overwritten.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated security questions and answers will be immediately deleted.

  Automatic deletion: Verification codes are automatically cleared after the validity period.

Your rights:

  You can modify your security questions and answers or change your security email in "Security Center" at any time.

  You have the right to refuse to provide security information, but then you will not be able to use the password retrieval function (you can still contact customer service for manual processing through other means).

  You can completely clear security information by canceling your account.

Special note: Security questions and email are important credentials for account retrieval. Please fill them in accurately and keep them safe. If you forget your security information, you can contact customer service to provide other identity proofs for manual review. We will not use your security information for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties. Please use the verification code promptly after receiving it; it will expire and need to be re-obtained. To ensure account security, it is recommended to change your password regularly and check your security settings.

2.1.4 Your Account Information

You can modify your nickname and avatar on the "Profile - Tap Avatar" page.

Modify nickname: You can directly edit and enter a new nickname. The nickname will be used to display your identity within the App.

Modify avatar: You can choose to take a photo or select a photo from the album as your avatar.

When you choose Take a photo, the App will request your camera permission to take a new avatar photo.

When you choose Select from album, the App will request your photo album permission to read your stored photos.

You can modify your nickname or avatar at any time. You can also turn off camera or album permissions in your phone's system settings; after turning them off, you will only be unable to use the camera or album selection functions, but other functions of the App will not be affected. Nickname and avatar are only used to display your identity within the App and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, analysis, or marketing).

Storage period: Your nickname and avatar information will be retained for the duration of your account. When you cancel your account, we will immediately delete or anonymize this information.

2.2 Binding Watch, Modifying Watch Information

2.2.1 Binding Watch

When you use the QR code scanning binding function, we will request camera permission to scan the watch's QR code. After scanning, we will collect the watch's IMEI, ID, and registration code. We require you to select your relationship with the watch user to confirm the basic situation of the bound watch. The App account that first binds the watch will automatically become the administrator of that watch.

2.2.2 Device User Information

After you successfully bind the watch, you can view and modify the basic information of the watch at any time in "Home - Device User Information - Edit", including:

  View watch information: Watch IMEI, device ID, registration code (used for device identification and customer support).

  Modify watch avatar: You can select a picture from your phone's album or take a photo to set as the watch's avatar. When you modify the avatar, we will request camera permission (to take a photo) or album permission (to select from album) to upload the image and set it as the watch avatar.

  Modify watch nickname: You can set an easily identifiable nickname for the watch.

  Modify your relationship with the watch user: You can select or customize the relationship between you and the watch user.

Information we collect:

  Watch information: IMEI, device ID, registration code (provided by the watch system, only used for device identification and after-sales service).

  Watch avatar: The image you upload, used for display in the App interface and on the watch.

  Watch nickname: The name you set for the watch to distinguish multiple watches in the device list.

  Relationship identifier: Your relationship with the watch user, used for family interaction display.

  The above information is only used for device management, identity display, and family services, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

Purpose of processing:

  Help you identify and manage multiple watch devices;

  Display personalized avatars and nicknames in the watch panel;

  Display your relationship with the watch user in the family group.

Required permissions:

  Camera permission (optional): Used to take photos as the watch avatar.

  Album permission (optional): Used to select pictures from the phone's album as the watch avatar.

  Network permission: Used to synchronize watch information to the server.

  You can turn off camera or album permissions in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning them off, you will only be unable to modify the avatar, but you can still view watch information, modify nicknames, and relationships.

Storage period:

  The watch information you set (avatar, nickname, relationship) will be retained for the duration of your account for you to view and identify the device at any time.

Deletion mechanism:

  Manual modification: You can modify the avatar, nickname, and relationship on the "Device User Information" page at any time; after successful modification, the original information will be overwritten.

  Factory reset: When you perform a factory reset on the watch, the watch's avatar and nickname will be deleted.

Your rights:

  You can view the watch's IMEI, ID, and registration code at any time.

  You can modify the watch avatar, nickname, and relationship with the watch user at any time.

  You can choose not to set an avatar (use the default avatar); this will not affect other functions.

  You can permanently delete all watch information by canceling your account.

2.3 Watch Location Functions

2.3.1 Map Positioning, Geofencing, Historical Trajectory

When you use "Location" related functions (including real-time map positioning, geofencing, historical trajectory), we will, with your permission, collect the following necessary information to display your location on the positioning page and provide positioning and map services:

  Precise location information: Latitude and longitude.

  Watch information: Model, device configuration, device ID, IMEI.

  Network and signal information: WiFi address and signal strength, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, base station ID data, operator information, device signal strength, network type.

  Sensor information: Acceleration, gyroscope, direction, pressure.

  Watch status: Battery level, signal status, motion status (e.g., stationary, walking, running), used to display the real-time status of the watch on the positioning page.

  Geofencing: You can set safe areas (fences) on the map; when the watch user enters or leaves this area, the App will send you a reminder notification to ensure child safety.

  Historical trajectory: We will collect and use the watch user's location point records over a period of time in the past to generate historical trajectories, allowing you to view the watch user's movement route.

The above information is encrypted before being transmitted to the server for storage and displayed on the map interface of your App. We will not use location information for any purpose other than the above (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

Storage period: Location information is retained for 7-14 days. After you perform a factory reset on the watch, the watch's local and server positioning data will be immediately deleted.

Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete some or all location records on the App's "Historical Trajectory" page.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will trigger the deletion of positioning data associated with that watch on the server.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated positioning data will be immediately deleted.

Your rights:

  You can turn off the real-time positioning function on the App's "Location" page at any time; after turning it off, we will stop collecting new location information.

  You can manually delete some or all trajectory records on the "Historical Trajectory" page.

  You can completely clear all positioning data by performing a factory reset or canceling your account.

  You can manage location permissions in your phone's system settings; after turning them off, the map positioning function will be unavailable, but other core functions will not be affected.

Required permissions:

  Location permission (precise location): Used to obtain the real-time geographic location of the watch and phone; it is the core permission for realizing positioning, geofencing, and historical trajectory functions.

  Network permission: Used to upload location data and receive map services.

  Notification permission (optional): Used to send geofencing entry/exit reminders.

  You can turn the above permissions on or off in your phone's system settings at any time. Turning off location permission will disable this function but will not affect other core functions (such as chat, calls, SOS, etc.).

Special note: This function requires both the watch and the phone to have granted location permission. You can manage this permission in your phone's system settings; turning it off will disable the map positioning function, but other core functions will not be affected. Location acquisition for geofencing reminders and fall detection is only used for security protection purposes; we will not collect your precise location frequently or unnecessarily. Historical trajectories are only provided for your review and are not used to analyze or predict behavior patterns.

2.3.2 Sports Trajectory

To record the watch user's exercise route, help you understand the movement trajectory, distance, pace, and enhance the exercise experience. When the watch user uses the exercise recording function (such as running, cycling, hiking, etc.), we will collect the location trajectory points generated by the watch during exercise (including latitude and longitude, timestamp, real-time pace, etc.) to generate and display your exercise route map.

a. Information we collect:

  Location trajectory points: Latitude and longitude, timestamp, real-time pace, direction generated in real-time during exercise.

  Exercise-related data: Exercise distance, duration, calories burned, etc. (calculated from trajectory points).

  Device basic identifier: Device ID, device model, etc., used to associate exercise records with specific devices.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Generate and display exercise route maps to help you review your exercise trajectory;

  Calculate exercise distance, pace, calorie consumption, and other data;

  Record exercise history for convenient review of past exercises.

c. Processing method:

  Trajectory data is collected on the watch, encrypted, uploaded to the server, and displayed on the App.

  After exercise ends, trajectory points are merged to generate a complete route, and temporary cache data is cleared immediately.

d. Storage period:

  Your sports trajectory data information is retained for 90 days.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will delete the sports trajectory stored locally on the watch, and the corresponding exercise records on the server will also be cleared.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated sports trajectory data will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can view and delete historical sports trajectories at any time.

  You can choose to turn off the sports trajectory recording function (after turning it off, the watch will no longer collect trajectory points), but basic exercise data (such as steps, calories) will still be collected.

  You can completely clear all sports trajectory data by performing a factory reset or canceling your account.

g. Required permissions:

  Location permission: Continuous location information is required during exercise to generate the trajectory. You can turn off this permission in the watch or App settings; after turning it off, the sports trajectory function will be unavailable.

  Network permission: Used to upload trajectory data.

h. Special note: The sports trajectory function collects location points only when you actively start exercise recording; it does not continuously track in the background. Trajectory data is only used to record and display your exercise route and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). Encryption measures are adopted for transmission and storage to ensure data security. Please save your trajectory promptly after exercise to avoid data loss due to power failure or abnormalities.

2.3.3 Find Device

After you enable the watch's Lost Mode, once the watch comes back online (i.e., connects to the network), the system will automatically collect the watch's current location information once and take a photo of the current environment. These will be sent to the server and displayed in the App, allowing you to see the approximate location and nearby environment of the watch to assist you in trying to recover the device.

a. Information we collect:

  Watch's current geographic location: Latitude and longitude, approximate address (resolved from latitude and longitude).

  Environmental photo taken by the watch: A photo of the surrounding environment automatically taken by the watch's camera to help you identify the device's location.

  Device online status: Whether the watch is connected to the network, used to determine if commands can be issued.

  Lost mode status: Whether lost mode is enabled/disabled.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Only used to help you locate the watch's position and view the surrounding environment in lost mode to assist in recovering the device;

  Stop all location reporting and photo collection after turning off lost mode, and delete related data.

c. Processing method:

  After the watch comes online, a single location report and a single photo capture are automatically triggered, without continuous tracking.

  You can also manually refresh in the App to get real-time location and nearby photos (only in lost mode).

  Location information and photos are only temporarily processed while you have lost mode enabled and are not used for any other purposes.

d. Storage period:

  Location information and photos generated in lost mode will be immediately deleted from the server after you turn off lost mode and will not be retained long-term.

  You can also delete them in advance by canceling your account or performing a factory reset on the watch.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Automatic deletion: After turning off lost mode, all temporary location records and photos are automatically cleared.

  Account cancellation/Factory reset: Clears all associated location records and photos.

f. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable lost mode in the App at any time.

  After turning off lost mode, the watch will no longer report location information or take photos.

g. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to send location commands, receive location information, and upload photos.

  Location permission: Used to obtain the watch's current geographic location (only used in lost mode).

  Camera permission: Used to take environmental photos in lost mode (only used in lost mode).

h. Special note: After enabling lost mode, it may take some time for the watch to come online (e.g., if not connected to a network or battery is depleted). Location information and photos are for reference only; we do not guarantee the success rate of recovering the device. In lost mode, only one location and one photo are captured; subsequent updates to location and photo require manual operation. To protect your privacy, we do not continuously track. Location information is only used to assist in recovering the device and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). After turning off lost mode, all temporary location records will be immediately deleted.

2.4 Social Communication Functions

2.4.1 Chat

When you use the chat function with the watch user, the text messages, voice messages, and custom emojis sent will be encrypted and stored on our servers to allow you to view chat history.

Types of information:

  Text message content

  Voice message content

  Message sending time, sender identifier

  Custom emojis: Official emojis designed by us and built into the App (such as smiley faces, hearts, etc.) to enrich communication expression.

  (Optional) Picture messages: When you select a picture from the album or take a photo to send, we will temporarily store that picture.

Required permissions:

  Album read permission: Required when you select a picture from your phone's album to send.

  Camera permission: Required when you take a photo to send.

Purpose of processing: Only for communication between you and the watch user, not for any other purposes (such as analysis, marketing, etc.).

Storage period: Chat messages are stored in the cloud for the last 3 days; messages older than 3 days will be deleted from the server.

Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can actively delete chat messages in the chat interface at any time.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all chat message data stored on the server will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also clear the corresponding message data on the server (if already synchronized).

Your rights: You can view and delete chat history at any time.

Special note: Chat messages are only used for communication between you and the watch user; we will not analyze the message content or use it for marketing. Please keep your account secure to avoid message leakage. If a child user is involved, the guardian has the right to view and manage chat records.

2.4.2 Voice and Video Calls

When you make a voice or video call with the watch, we will collect your audio stream information and video stream information in real-time and transmit them through an encrypted channel to the other party's device, enabling real-time video call function between the watch and the App and ensuring the call experience.

Information we collect:

  Audio and video stream information: Real-time collected voice data (via microphone) and video image data (via camera), only used for real-time communication, not stored in any form.

  Device-related information: Device type, device model, battery level information, used to optimize call performance and power consumption on different devices.

  Network condition-related information: Dynamic IP address, network type (Wi-Fi/cellular), used to diagnose call quality and adapt network strategies.

  Call connection information: Sender/receiver user ID, user attributes (e.g., nickname), channel information, usage duration, name set in the channel, call logs, used to establish connections, record call status, and troubleshoot issues.

Purpose of processing:

  Establish and maintain audio and video call connections;

  Dynamically adjust audio and video quality based on device performance and network conditions;

  Record call duration and status for statistics and troubleshooting.

Processing method:

  Audio and video stream data is transmitted in real-time and not stored. After the call ends, all audio and video data is discarded and will not be saved on our servers or your local device (any necessary cache data during the call is deleted immediately after the call ends).

  Device information and network condition information are only used to optimize the current call experience and are not retained long-term.

Required permissions:

  Microphone permission: Used to collect your voice.

  Camera permission: Used to collect your video image (only needed for video calls).

  Device status access permission: Used to read basic information such as device model, CPU information, battery level to optimize call performance.

  You can turn off the above permissions in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning them off, you will not be able to use the voice or video call function, but other core functions (such as chat, positioning, SOS, etc.) will not be affected.

Storage period:

  Audio and video stream data: Not stored (real-time stream, destroyed when the call ends).

  Device and network information: Only used temporarily during the call, not retained.

Special note: This function only provides real-time communication services; call content is not recorded, stored, analyzed, or used for any other purposes. We only collect the minimum information necessary to ensure call quality and do not involve other personal data on your device (such as contacts, location, album, etc.). Please ensure that the watch and phone are in a good network environment for a smooth call experience. For children's watches, guardians should reasonably set call permissions to avoid unnecessary call interruptions.

To continuously ensure service quality and product stability, the video call function of some watches integrates the Juphoon Video Call SDK, which includes log reporting capabilities necessary for troubleshooting. If you encounter technical issues such as audio/video stuttering or connection failures during or after a call, you can authorize the App to upload locally stored call logs to assist the technical team in analyzing and resolving the problem.

2.4.3 Friend Business Card

You can use the "Friend Interaction" function to add friends between different watches and interact (such as sending emojis, voice messages, etc.). We provide you with friend business card management and interaction history display services, making it convenient for you to view and manage friend relationships and interaction records.

Information we collect:

  To enable friend addition, interaction, and history display, we will collect the following information:

  Contact information: The friend's phone number and name (nickname) you manually enter, used to add friends and identify them.

  Avatar information: The image you select from your phone's album to upload and display as the friend's avatar.

  The above information is only used for friend business card display and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

Purpose of processing:

  Friend business card management: Add, view, modify the friend's phone number and avatar for easy identification.

Required permissions:

  Contacts permission: Used to quickly import friend numbers from the phone's system contacts (optional; you can also enter manually).

  Camera permission: Used to take avatar photos.

  Album permission: Used to select avatar pictures from the phone's album.

  You can turn off these permissions in your phone's system settings at any time; turning them off only affects the corresponding shortcut functions and does not affect manual number entry or viewing existing friends.

Storage period:

  Friend business card information (phone number, avatar): Will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain friend relationships.

  Manual deletion: You can delete a friend business card at any time; after deletion, the friend relationship is terminated, and the corresponding interaction history will no longer be displayed.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the watch's local friend data, and the corresponding friend relationships and interaction records on the server will also be deleted.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated friend business cards and interaction history will be immediately deleted.

Your rights:

  You can add, modify, or delete friend business cards at any time.

  You can view interaction history for the last 3 months.

  You can choose not to accept interaction requests from certain friends or block specific users.

Special note: The friend interaction function aims to promote healthy communication among users. We will not use your contacts, friend relationships, or interaction history for any commercial purposes. If a child user is involved, it is recommended that the guardian review friend additions and regularly check interaction history to ensure child safety.

2.4.4 Walkie-Talkie

To enable you to conveniently send and receive voice messages with the watch user, when you actively record and send a voice message, we will collect your voice content and transmit it through an encrypted channel to the other party's device.

Information we collect:

  Voice content: The voice message content you actively record (real-time collection, encrypted transmission).

  Avatar information: Avatar pictures of you or your friends, used to display identity in the chat interface.

  Account information: Your user ID, nickname, and other basic account identifiers.

  Friend account: The user ID of the friends you added and related information, used to identify the sender and receiver of messages.

  Group list: Information about groups you have joined and group member relationships (if applicable), used for group walkie-talkie.

  The above information is only used to enable sending, receiving, displaying, and managing voice messages and friends/groups, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

Processing method:

  Voice messages are transmitted via encrypted channels to ensure communication content is not eavesdropped.

  Message records are encrypted and stored on the server for historical message display.

  Avatars, accounts, friend relationships, etc., are used to provide a complete chat experience.

Required permissions:

  Microphone permission: Used to record voice messages.

  Storage permission: Used to temporarily store voice files and cache avatars and other resources.

  You can turn off the microphone permission in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning it off, you will not be able to send voice messages, but you can receive and listen to them.

Storage period:

  Voice message records: Last 10 messages (in reverse chronological order). When the number of messages exceeds 10, the cloud will automatically overwrite the oldest messages.

  Avatars, accounts, friend accounts, group list: Will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain friend relationships and group structures.

Deletion mechanism:

  Active deletion: You can clear local cache data in "Walkie-Talkie - Group Management - Current Cache".

  Automatic overwrite: After exceeding 10 messages, the cloud clears the oldest messages.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated walkie-talkie messages, friend relationships, and group lists will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the watch's local walkie-talkie data, and the corresponding message records on the server will also be deleted.

Your rights:

  You can view the last 10 walkie-talkie message records at any time.

  You can actively delete message records; deletion is irreversible.

  You can turn off the walkie-talkie function (after turning it off, you will no longer receive voice messages) or revoke microphone authorization.

  You can completely clear all walkie-talkie related data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

Special note: The walkie-talkie function aims to provide a lightweight and convenient voice communication experience. Only the last 10 message records are retained in the cloud; older ones are automatically overwritten, so please record or save important information promptly. We will not use your voice content for any analysis or commercial purposes. Encryption measures are adopted for transmission and storage to ensure communication security. If a child user is involved, guardians should regularly check chat records and guide healthy communication.

2.4.5 Call

You can use the "Call" function of this application to quickly dial the watch user and view call logs. Call logs are stored only locally on the watch and are not uploaded to the server

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the call function and display call logs, we will collect the following information:

  Phone number: Your watch number (used to make calls).

  Call start time: The start time of each call, used to generate the call log list.

  Call logs do not contain call content or any other communication content. We do not collect call recordings.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you quickly dial the watch user;

  Display the call start time to help you understand daily communication situations;

  Call logs are only used to display historical call situations and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, marketing analysis, or sharing with third parties).

c. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete call logs on the "Call" page.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated call log information will be immediately deleted

d. Your rights:

  You can view and delete call logs at any time.

e. Special note: Voice call services are provided by operators; related communication data (such as call content, call duration billing, etc.) is subject to the operator's privacy policy. We only collect the call start time for record display and do not involve call content or the other party's number. We will not use call logs for any commercial purposes.

2.5 Exercise and Health Functions

2.5.1 Health

When you use the "Health" module of this application, we will collect and record the following health data through the watch's built-in sensors to help you understand the watch user's health status and exercise situation:

Physiological indicators: Steps, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature.

Some watches support blood oxygen monitoring. When you enable the "Automatic Measurement" function, the watch will automatically measure and record heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen data according to the frequency you set, used for continuous health trend monitoring. You can modify the automatic measurement frequency or turn off automatic measurement in "Health - Health Settings" at any time. After turning it off, the watch will no longer actively measure heart rate, blood pressure, or blood oxygen saturation related data.

a. Purpose of processing: The above health data is only used to display the watch user's daily activity, physiological indicators, and sleep status within the App, helping you understand health trends, and is not used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Storage period: Your health data such as steps, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and body temperature will be retained for the duration of your account so you can view historical trends at any time.

c. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable the collection of any individual health data (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen) at any time;

  You can modify the automatic measurement frequency (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc.)

d. Special note: Health data is for health management reference only and is not a medical diagnosis. The higher the automatic measurement frequency, the faster the watch battery drains; please set according to actual needs. After turning off automatic measurement, you can still get single measurements manually. We will not use health data for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties. If you have questions about data accuracy, please use professional medical equipment for re-measurement.

2.5.2 Exercise, Love Exercise

When you use the "Exercise" module, we will collect exercise duration, steps, exercise type, calories burned, cumulative exercise count, and exercise distance through the watch's built-in sensors. This is used to display your daily activity within the App and promote a healthy lifestyle. The storage, deletion, and user rights for exercise data are the same as for health data above (retained for the duration of your account, can be deleted by canceling account or factory reset).

2.5.3 Menstrual Cycle Tracking

To help watch users (such as teenagers or adult female users) record their menstrual cycle and predict the next period time for health management. When you use the menstrual cycle tracking function, we will calculate and predict the next period time based on the menstrual period times actively recorded by the watch user (such as start date, end date). You can also record period-related symptoms (such as pain level, flow, etc., voluntarily filled in by the user).

a. Information we collect:

  Menstrual period times: The start date and end date you actively record.

  Cycle length: The average cycle calculated from historical records (used for prediction).

  Symptom records: Pain level, flow, mood, physical feelings, etc. (voluntarily filled in by you; leaving them blank does not affect the prediction function).

  Prediction results: The next period time, etc., calculated by the system based on historical data.

  The above information is only used for menstrual cycle recording, period prediction, and health management display, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Record the menstrual cycle to help understand patterns;

  Predict the next period time and provide advance reminders;

  Record symptom changes for health reference.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize data to the server to prevent loss.

  Notification permission (optional): Used to send reminders when the predicted period is approaching.

d. Storage period:

  Menstrual cycle record data retains the last 6 months of historical data and the next 5 months of predicted data.

  The detailed symptoms you record may be retained for the same period as the menstrual cycle records.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can add, delete, or modify historical records in "Menstrual Cycle Tracking" at any time.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated menstrual cycle data will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also clear the watch's local menstrual cycle data.

f. Your rights:

  You can add, modify, or delete any menstrual cycle record at any time.

  You can turn off the menstrual cycle tracking function; after turning it off, you will no longer receive prediction reminders, but the stored data will still be retained (you can manually delete it).

  You can completely clear all data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: The menstrual cycle tracking function is only a personal health management tool and does not constitute medical advice. Prediction results are based on historical data calculations; actual cycles may vary due to individual differences. All records are actively filled in by you; we do not automatically collect any physiological data. If the watch user is a minor under the age of fourteen, this function is disabled by default and requires confirmation from the guardian to enable. We will not use menstrual cycle data for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties.

2.5.4 Emotion Detection

When you enable the emotion detection function, we will collect heart rate data through the watch's built-in heart rate sensor and use the watch's local algorithm to analyze heart rate variability to infer the watch user's possible emotional state (such as happy, irritable, calm, etc.). The emotion analysis result is for reference only and does not represent professional psychological assessment.

a. Information we collect:

  Heart rate data: Raw heart rate value (only used for local real-time analysis, not uploaded to the server).

  Emotion label: The emotional state output by the local algorithm (e.g., "Happy", "Irritable", "Calm", etc.). This label is uploaded to the server and encrypted stored to display emotion change trends to you.

  Timestamp: The time when the emotion label was recorded.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you understand the watch user's emotion change trends and facilitate parent-child communication;

  Emotion labels are only used for display in chart form on the App's "Emotion Detection" page and are not used for any automated decision-making or judgments that have legal effects on the child.

c. Required permissions:

  Heart rate sensor: The watch's built-in sensor automatically collects heart rate data; no additional authorization is required.

  Network permission: Used to synchronize emotion labels to the server.

d. Storage period:

  Emotion label data is retained for the last 180 days.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Disable function: You can turn off the function at any time in "App-Emotion Detection-Settings". After turning it off, we will stop collecting new heart rate data and generating emotion labels, but the already stored historical emotion data will still be retained (you can delete it by other means).

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will delete the watch's local raw heart rate cache, and the corresponding emotion label data on the server will also be cleared.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated emotion label data will be immediately deleted.

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete single or multiple records on the emotion record details page (if this function is available).

f. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable the emotion detection function at any time.

  Disabling the function does not affect the normal use of other core functions (such as location positioning, chat, calls, SOS alarm, etc.).

  You can completely clear all emotion data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: The emotion detection function is intended to assist parent-child communication; the results are for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for psychological evaluation or medical diagnosis. Raw heart rate data is only processed locally on the watch and not uploaded to the server; only emotion labels are encrypted and stored. We promise not to use emotion data for any automated decision-making (such as restricting function use, adjusting recommended content, etc.) nor for judgments that have legal effects on the child (such as affecting school enrollment, insurance, etc.). Emotion labels are stored in the cloud for 180 days to protect your privacy. If you find inaccurate data or have questions, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

2.5.5 Sleep

To enable the sleep function and help you understand the watch user's sleep quality and patterns, when you use the sleep function, we will automatically collect the following sleep data through the watch's built-in sensors:

Sleep start time: The time when the user enters sleep state.

Wake-up time: The time when the user ends sleep.

Sleep duration: Total sleep time (minutes).

Deep sleep duration: Cumulative duration of deep sleep stages.

Light sleep duration: Cumulative duration of light sleep stages.

Number of awakenings: The number of times the user woke up during the night.

The above data is automatically judged by the watch's built-in sensors (typically based on heart rate sensor and acceleration sensor) to determine sleep state, encrypted, and transmitted to the server for storage. We only use sleep data to display the user's sleep status on the App's "Health" page (on some devices, on the App's "Home-Sleep" page), helping you understand sleep patterns, and not for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

a. Storage period:

  Your sleep data is retained for the last 180 days.

b. Deletion mechanism:

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated sleep data will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will delete the watch's locally cached sleep data, and the corresponding sleep data on the server will also be cleared.

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete single or multiple records on the sleep record details page (if this function is available).

c. Your rights:

  You can view historical sleep data on the App's "Health-Sleep" page at any time.

  You can choose to turn off the sleep monitoring function (path: "Health-Sleep-Settings"). After turning it off, the watch will stop collecting sleep data, but already stored historical data will still be retained (you can delete it by other means).

  You can completely clear all sleep data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

d. Special note: Sleep data is automatically determined by sensors and may have some margin of error; it is for reference only and not for medical diagnosis. If you have concerns about sleep quality, please use professional medical equipment for monitoring. The sleep function is disabled by default and requires you to actively enable it. Enabling it will increase watch power consumption; please decide whether to use it based on actual needs. If the watch user is a child, sleep data can help the guardian understand the child's schedule, but please do not rely on it excessively. We will not use sleep data for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties.

2.5.6 Medical Emergency Card

You can create a "Medical Emergency Card" for the watch user in the App. We require you to voluntarily fill in the following information so that it can be used as a reference for emergency personnel in urgent situations:

Basic information: Gender, date of birth, height, weight, blood type.

Emergency contacts: Up to 3 emergency contacts' names, relationships, and phone numbers.

Health related: Allergy history (e.g., to medications, foods, pollen, etc.), long-term medication information, current health status (e.g., chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, etc.).

a. Information collection method:

  You can manually enter the above information directly in the App.

  When setting emergency contacts, you can choose to quickly import from the phone's system contacts (requires authorization for Contacts permission). We only read the contact information you actively select; we do not read your entire contact list.

b. Purpose of processing:

  In emergency situations (e.g., the watch user has an accident or sudden illness), emergency personnel (such as school teachers, medical staff) can directly view the emergency card information through the watch or App to quickly understand the user's health status and take appropriate first aid measures.

  Under normal circumstances, the emergency card information is stored only in your account and will not be actively displayed or shared with any third party. You can view, modify, or delete it at any time.

c. Required permissions:

  Contacts permission (optional): Only used to quickly import emergency contacts; you can also enter manually; refusal does not affect other functions.

  Network permission: Used to synchronize emergency card data to the server.

d. Storage period:

  Emergency card information will be retained for the duration of your account so that it is always available in emergencies.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can edit, update, or delete any information on the "Medical Emergency Card" page at any time; deletion withdraws consent for the emergency card function.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated emergency card data will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also clear the watch's locally cached emergency card information, and the corresponding data on the server will be deleted.

f. Emergency access mechanism:

  An emergency page on the watch lock screen is designed with a function to view emergency card information without unlocking to ensure that emergency personnel can quickly obtain critical information in an emergency.

  We will not use this function for any non-emergency purposes.

g. Special note: Medical emergency card information is provided voluntarily by you. The more complete the information you provide, the more helpful it will be to emergency personnel in an emergency. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and updated promptly (e.g., weight changes, new allergies, etc.). We promise not to use emergency card information for any commercial purposes (such as advertising, analysis, etc.) nor to disclose it to any third party in non-emergency situations. The emergency access mechanism is only enabled under specific conditions to ensure the daily security of your data. If you are concerned about information leakage, you can turn off the "Allow Emergency View" function during normal times (if supported by the device). This function does not replace professional medical advice; emergency personnel should still rely on on-site diagnosis.

2.6 Watch Management Functions

2.6.1 Do Not Disturb Period (School Mode)

You can use the "Do Not Disturb Period" function to customize the device's do-not-disturb time periods. During the time periods you set, the watch will automatically block notifications such as incoming calls and message reminders to avoid disturbing your or the watch user's rest, study, or other scenarios.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the do-not-disturb period setting function, we will collect the following information:

  Do-not-disturb period configuration: The do-not-disturb time periods you set (e.g., start time, end time, repeat cycle, etc.).

  Device basic identifier information: Such as device ID, device model (used to ensure the function works correctly on different devices).

  Whitelist contacts: You can select contacts who can make calls and contacts who can make video calls from the phonebook. During the do-not-disturb period, incoming calls or video call requests from whitelist contacts will not be blocked to ensure that urgent or important communications are not interrupted.

  The above information is only used to identify and enforce the do-not-disturb period and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, analysis, or marketing).

b. Processing method: The do-not-disturb period configuration you set will be saved to the server and the watch locally to automatically trigger do-not-disturb mode at the specified times. We will not analyze or monitor your do-not-disturb period settings.

c. Storage period: The do-not-disturb period configuration and whitelist contacts you set will be retained for the duration of your account to enable multi-device synchronization or restoration after device replacement. You can modify or delete related configurations in the App at any time. When you cancel your account or perform a factory reset on the watch, all related configuration information will be immediately deleted.

d. Your rights:

  You can add, modify, or delete do-not-disturb periods and manage whitelist contacts on the App's "Do Not Disturb Period" settings page at any time.

  You can manually turn off do-not-disturb mode at any time; after turning it off, the watch will resume normal notification reminders.

  You can also completely clear all do-not-disturb period configurations by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

e. Required permissions: This function requires the watch to have Notification permission (to block notifications) and System settings permission (to adjust do-not-disturb mode). You can manage the relevant permissions in the watch's system settings.

f. Special note: The do-not-disturb period function only takes effect during the time periods you set and does not affect normal communication at other times. We do not collect other behavioral data from your device when notifications are turned off.

2.6.2 Bluetooth Notifications

You can use the "Bluetooth Notifications" function to establish a Bluetooth connection between the device and your phone, enabling the phone's messages and notification content to be pushed to the watch synchronously. This allows you to conveniently view device notification information in real-time without frequently checking your phone.

a. Function implementation method:

  When you connect the watch to your phone via Bluetooth, the watch can receive and display message notifications from the phone in real-time (such as SMS, WeChat, incoming call reminders, etc.). The watch and phone establish a local connection via Bluetooth; the notification content is transmitted directly from the phone to the watch without being relayed or stored by our servers.

b. Information we collect:

  To enable Bluetooth connection and notification synchronization functions, we will collect the following information:

  Device Bluetooth information: Such as device name, Bluetooth MAC address (only used for device pairing identification).

  Bluetooth connection status data: Such as whether the connection was successful, signal strength, connection duration, etc. (used to ensure connection stability).

  Notification content: Message notifications received on your phone (such as app name, sender, message summary, incoming call number, etc.). This notification content is only temporarily displayed on the watch; we do not collect, store, or analyze the notification content.

  The above information is only used to enable Bluetooth pairing between the device and phone, maintain connection stability, and transmit notifications synchronously. We will not use the related information for user profiling, advertising, or other unrelated purposes.

c. Purpose of processing:

  Help you conveniently view phone notifications on the watch, avoiding frequent phone checks;

  Ensure the stability of the Bluetooth connection and optimize the synchronization experience.

d. Required permissions:

  Bluetooth permission (including Bluetooth scanning, Bluetooth connection, Bluetooth broadcast permission): Used to establish the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone.

  Notification read permission (such as Android's "Notification Access" permission): Used to synchronize phone notifications to the watch.

  You can turn off these permissions in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning them off, the watch will not be able to receive notifications, but other core functions (such as positioning, calls, chat, etc.) will not be affected.

e. Storage period:

  Bluetooth connection related data (such as device information, connection status) is temporary runtime data and is cleared immediately when the device disconnects Bluetooth; it is not stored long-term.

  Notification content is not stored on any of our servers; the watch only displays it temporarily and does not save it long-term.

f. Your rights:

  You can disconnect the Bluetooth connection or turn off the "Bluetooth Notifications" function at any time.

  You can manage notification read permissions in your phone's system settings; refusing authorization does not affect other core functions of the watch.

  You can also clear all associated Bluetooth pairing information by canceling your account or performing a factory reset on the watch.

g. Special note: The Bluetooth notifications function only transmits locally and does not involve data uploading to the cloud, so there is no personal information cross-border transfer or third-party sharing. We do not monitor, record, or analyze your notification content.

2.6.3 AirDrop Transfer

You can use the "AirDrop Transfer" function to quickly transfer pictures, files, and data between the watch and other terminal devices (such as phones) through close-range device interconnection, conveniently completing cross-device data sharing.

a. Function implementation method: When the watch and App are connected to the same local area network (e.g., the same WiFi network), the watch and App establish a point-to-point connection via the local network, and the file data is transmitted directly between the watch and the phone without being relayed or stored by our servers.

b. Information we collect:

  To enable the close-range device transmission function, we will collect the following information:

  Device hotspot information: Such as WiFi name (SSID), WiFi status, used for device pairing and network detection.

  Device interconnection identification information: Such as the device's local area network IP address, device name, temporarily generated device identifier, used to locate and identify connectable devices within the same network.

  Transferred file content: The photos, recordings, videos, and other file content you actively choose to transfer (only used to complete the transfer; we do not read or retain it).

  The above information is only used for device pairing identification, close-range data transfer verification, ensuring transmission security and stability, and will not be used for any other unrelated purposes.

c. Processing method:

  During transmission, files are encrypted (e.g., TLS or custom encryption protocol).

  Device interconnection identification data and temporary transfer verification data are temporary data and are cleared immediately after the transfer is completed or the connection is disconnected; they are not stored long-term.

d. Storage period:

  Since files do not pass through the server, we do not store any file content during the transfer process. After the transfer is completed, the files are retained only in the local storage of your watch and phone (managed by you). You can manually delete the files stored locally on the watch or phone as needed.

e. Required permissions:

  This function requires both the watch and the phone to have granted WiFi permission and Local network permission (iOS) or Access WiFi state permission (Android).

  If transferring files from storage, Read storage permission (to select files) and Write storage permission (to save received files) are also required.

f. Your rights:

  You can disconnect the local area network connection between the watch and the App at any time to stop using the AirDrop transfer function.

  You can turn off WiFi permission or local network permission in your phone's or watch's system settings; after turning them off, you will not be able to use this function, but other core functions (such as positioning, calls, chat, etc.) will not be affected.

  After the transfer is completed, you can manually delete the files stored locally on the watch or phone as needed.

g. Special note: The AirDrop transfer function is based on local area network transmission; data is not uploaded to the cloud, so it does not involve personal information cross-border transfer or third-party sharing. We do not monitor or record your file transfer history, nor do we access the content of your transferred files for any purpose.

2.6.4 Phonebook

You can use the "Phonebook" function to synchronize, view, and manage the watch's contacts, enabling quick addition of contacts and quick dialing from the watch.

a. Information collection and processing:

  When you add a contact, you can manually enter the contact's name and phone number, or you can choose to quickly import contact information from the phone's system contacts. When importing from the phone's system contacts, we only call the system contacts interface for you to select contacts to import after you actively click the "Add from Contacts" button. We only read the contact information (including name and phone number) that you actively select, do not read your entire contact list, and do not automatically synchronize or read other contact information that you have not selected in the background.

  We only store the contact information that you actively import or manually enter. We will not use your contact information for any other purposes (including marketing, user profiling, sharing with third parties), and will not read or store other contact information in your phone's contacts that you have not actively selected.

b. Purpose of processing: To enable contact synchronization, device dialing, and quick call services, making it convenient for you to quickly contact family and friends from the watch.

c. Required permissions:

  Read contacts permission: Used to quickly import contacts from the phone's system contacts.

  Network synchronization permission: Used to encrypt and synchronize contact information to the server and watch device.

  You can turn off the "Read contacts permission" in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning it off, you will not be able to use the "Quick import from contacts" function, but you can still enter contact information manually.

d. Storage period:

  The contact information you add will be retained for the duration of your account to enable synchronization across multiple devices and restoration after device replacement.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete or modify any added contact information on the phonebook settings page at any time.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated contact information will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also delete the watch's local contact information.

2.6.5 SOS/Family Numbers

You can use the "SOS/Family Numbers" function to preset emergency contact numbers. When the watch user encounters an emergency situation (e.g., triggering the SOS button or fall detection), the device can quickly make a help call to the preset family numbers, meeting the user's security protection needs.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the SOS emergency call function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the source device of the help call.

  Preset family number information: The emergency contact numbers you actively set (can be entered manually or imported from the phone's system contacts).

b. Information collection method:

  Manual input: You can directly enter the contact's name and phone number in the App.

  Quick import from phone system contacts: When you actively click the "Add from Contacts" button, we will call the system contacts interface for you to select the contacts to import. We only read the phone numbers of the contacts you actively select, do not read your entire contact list, and do not automatically synchronize or read other contact information that you have not selected in the background.

c. Purpose of processing:

  The above information is only used for identity recognition, number matching, and call triggering during SOS emergency calls, limited to safety protection functions. When the watch user triggers SOS, the system will automatically dial the preset family numbers or send help messages (including location information, if you have enabled the location function). We will not use your contacts or family number information for any other purposes (including marketing, user profiling, sharing with third parties).

d. Storage period:

  The SOS/family number information you add will be retained for the duration of your account to ensure normal triggering in emergencies.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete or modify any added contact information on the SOS/Family Numbers settings page at any time.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated SOS/family number information will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also delete the family number data stored locally on the watch.

f. Your rights:

  This function requires the watch to have Call permission (to make help calls) and Network permission (to send help messages). h. Special note: SOS/family number information is sensitive personal information. We will strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and the Regulations on the Online Protection of Children's Personal Information, processing this information only within the scope of your active authorization and necessity. We only store the contact information you actively import or manually enter; we do not read or store other contact information in your phone's contacts that you have not actively selected.

2.6.6 Custom Watch Face, Custom Screen Saver

You can use the "Custom Watch Face" and "Custom Screen Saver" functions to freely change and customize the device's watch face wallpaper and screen saver style, personalizing the device display interface to enhance the user experience.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable watch face and screen saver customization, we will read the pictures and video files stored locally on your device, or take photos via the camera. Specifically, this includes:

  Select from phone album: Pictures and videos you select from your phone's album to set as the watch face or screen saver background.

  Take photo and upload: A photo you take using the watch's or phone's camera, directly set as the watch face or screen saver background.

  Local path and file content of the picture/video: Only used for loading and display.

  The above information is only used for loading watch face/screen saver materials and interface display. We do not analyze or misuse your local picture/video files, and will not use them for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Processing method:

  The pictures, videos, or photos you select will be temporarily loaded into the App interface for preview. After confirming the setting, the picture/video will be encrypted and uploaded to our server and synchronized to the watch for display.

  We only store the currently set latest picture or video; we do not retain other picture/video files you have used historically.

c. Required permissions:

  Read device media pictures permission (album permission): Used to select pictures and videos from the phone's album.

  Camera permission: Used to take photos as the watch face or screen saver background.

  Local storage read permission: Used to read picture and video files.

  You can turn off these permissions in your phone's system settings at any time; after turning them off, you will not be able to use the corresponding selection methods, but other core functions will not be affected.

d. Storage period:

  Pictures/videos will be retained until you actively change the watch face/screen saver. We only retain the latest picture or video currently set; after you change to a new picture/video, the old file will be automatically deleted from the server.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Active replacement: When you set a new watch face or new screen saver, the original picture/video file is automatically deleted.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated picture/video files will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also delete the picture/video files stored locally on the watch, and the corresponding files on the server will be cleared.

f. Your rights:

  You can change or delete the set watch face/screen saver picture/video files at any time.

  You can completely delete all custom picture/video files by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: The custom watch face/screen saver functions are intended to personalize your device interface; we do not collect or analyze the content of your picture/video files. Please do not upload pictures or videos containing others' personal information or sensitive content. If the picture/video files you upload involve a child, you, as the guardian, should ensure that the necessary authorization has been obtained.

2.6.7 Screen Time

You can use the "Screen Time Management" function to view statistics on the device's daily and weekly usage duration and app usage records, helping you reasonably control device usage time and develop healthy usage habits.

  To enable the usage duration statistics function, we will collect the following information:

  Device screen on duration: The total time the watch screen is illuminated.

  App usage duration: The usage duration and frequency of each app (such as chat, exercise, health, etc.).

  You can set a daily usage duration limit for watch apps; when the limit is reached, the watch will not be able to use that app (basic functions such as emergency calls are excluded);

  Network synchronization permission: Used to synchronize screen usage data to the server for multi-device viewing or data restoration after device replacement.

  Your watch's screen usage data is retained for the last 180 days.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated screen usage data will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also delete the usage data stored locally on the watch, and the corresponding historical data on the server will be cleared.

  You can adjust the app usage duration limit at any time.

  Disabling the function does not affect other core functions (such as positioning, calls, chat, etc.).

g. Special note: The screen time management function aims to help develop healthy device usage habits; the data collected will not be used for any commercial purposes. If the watch user is a child, you, as the guardian, have the right to view, manage, or delete the relevant data at any time.

2.6.8 Good Habits

You can use the "Good Habits" function to customize various life, schedule, and exercise habit check-ins (such as going to bed early and waking up early, daily water intake, exercise, etc.), record daily behavior data, and help you or the watch user develop good lifestyle habits.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the habit recording and check-in statistics function, we will collect the following information:

  Custom habit content: The names of habits you set, target frequency (e.g., daily, weekly), etc.

  Check-in time: The specific time (date, time) when each habit check-in is completed.

  Check-in status data: Progress statistics such as completed, not completed, consecutive check-in days, etc.

  The above information is only used for habit recording, data statistics, and progress display, and is not used for any third-party promotion, data analysis, or other unrelated purposes.

b. Processing method:

  The check-in reminders you set will be triggered locally; habit data is synchronized to the server and encrypted stored to enable synchronization across multiple devices.

  We will not use your habit data for user profiling or personalized recommendations.

c. Required permissions:

  Network synchronization permission: Used to synchronize habit data to the server to prevent data loss.

d. Storage period:

  User habit check-in data is retained long-term (i.e., for the duration of your account) so you can view historical records and consecutive check-in status at any time.

  You can manually delete single or all check-in records on the "Good Habits" page at any time.

  You can also completely delete all habit data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset on the watch.

  You can add, modify, or delete custom habits at any time.

  You can manually delete any check-in record; after deletion, the corresponding progress statistics will be automatically updated.

  After turning off the good habits function, the watch will no longer remind you to check in, but the already stored historical data will still be retained (you can still manually delete it).

g. Special note: The good habits function aims to help you cultivate a positive lifestyle; the data collected will not be used for any commercial purposes. We promise not to share your habit data with third parties or use it to analyze your behavior patterns. If you or the watch user is a child, you, as the guardian, have the right to view, correct, or delete the relevant data at any time.

2.6.9 Sedentary Reminder

You can use the "Sedentary Reminder" function to monitor the wearer's sedentary state through the device. After a set duration, the device will vibrate to remind the user to get up and move around, relieving sedentary fatigue and protecting health.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the sedentary monitoring and reminder function, we will collect the following information:

  Device wearing status: Determine whether the watch is being worn (to avoid false reminders).

  Sedentary duration: The cumulative time of continuous sedentary inactivity.

  Device posture data: Such as accelerometer sensor data, used to analyze whether the user is in a stationary sitting posture.

  The above information is only used for sedentary status judgment and timed reminder services. We will not disclose the related information externally or use it for other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

  Device posture data is processed locally on the watch in real-time to determine whether to trigger a reminder; it is not uploaded to the server.

  User-customized reminder configuration (such as whether enabled, reminder interval) will be retained for the duration of your account to enable multi-device synchronization. You can manually turn off or delete the configuration at any time.

e. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable this function on the App's "Sedentary Reminder" settings page at any time.

  You can customize the reminder interval (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours) and reminder period (e.g., only during the day).

  After disabling the function, the watch will no longer monitor the sedentary state or provide vibration reminders.

  You can also delete all sedentary reminder configurations by canceling your account or performing a factory reset on the watch.

f. Special note: The sedentary reminder function is only for health assistance and does not constitute medical advice. All monitoring data is processed locally, without data upload to the cloud or third-party sharing. If you or the watch user has a special health condition, please follow professional medical guidance.

2.6.10 Water Drinking Reminder

You can use the "Water Drinking Reminder" function to customize the time for drinking water reminders. The device will ring or vibrate at the set times to remind the user to rehydrate promptly, cultivating healthy drinking habits.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the timed water drinking reminder function, we will collect the following information:

  Custom reminder time: The specific reminder times you set (e.g., 10:00 AM, 3:00 PM).

  Reminder frequency configuration: The repeat cycle you set (e.g., daily, weekdays, weekends, etc.).

  On/off status: Whether the function is enabled.

  The above information is only used for timed wake-up reminder services and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Processing method:

  The reminder configuration you set will be encrypted and stored on the server and the watch locally to trigger the vibration reminder at the specified times.

  When the reminder is triggered, the watch only performs local vibration and interface prompts; no network reporting data is generated.

c. Required permissions:

  Network synchronization permission (optional): Used to synchronize your reminder configuration to the server so that your settings are retained after device replacement or factory reset.

d. Storage period:

  Water drinking reminder configuration data is retained until you manually modify or disable the function. No extra log data is retained.

  You can modify or delete reminder configurations on the App's "Water Drinking Reminder" settings page at any time.

  Manual modification/deletion: You can directly modify or delete the set reminder times.

  Disable function: When you disable the water drinking reminder function, the configuration data is still retained (so that it can be restored when you enable it again). If you wish to delete it completely, you can manually clear all reminder settings.

2.6.11 Mobile Cloud Gallery

Some watches support the "Mobile Cloud Gallery" function. You can use the "Mobile Cloud Gallery" function to upload photos taken by the watch to China Mobile Cloud Disk for cloud storage, enabling cross-device viewing, management, and sharing of your photos.

  To enable the function of uploading watch photos to the mobile cloud disk, we will collect the following information:

  User id: Your unique user identifier in the VMOV App, used to associate your account with your mobile cloud disk account;

  Device id: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to bind the device and cloud disk synchronization relationship;

  Mobile cloud disk AppId: Used to identify the application identity calling the mobile cloud disk service;

  Mobile cloud disk AppKey: The key used for application identity authentication;

  Mobile cloud disk uuid: The unique identifier generated by the mobile cloud disk for the user or device, used for data isolation and synchronization;

  Mobile cloud disk accesstoken: Used to authorize the VMOV App to call your mobile cloud disk account access credentials;

  Mobile cloud disk account: The account you use to log in to the mobile cloud disk (usually a phone number), used to associate with your cloud disk storage space.

  The above information is only used to enable identity authentication and authorization binding between the VMOV App and your mobile cloud disk account, ensuring that photos can be correctly uploaded to your personal cloud disk space. We do not read, access, analyze, or use the photo content stored in your mobile cloud disk, nor will we use your photos for any other purposes (such as user profiling, content analysis, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you automatically upload photos taken by the watch to your personal mobile cloud disk space;

  Enable cross-device viewing, management, and sharing of your photos;

  Ensure the security of identity authentication during the photo upload process.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to interact with the mobile cloud disk server;

  Local album read permission: Used to select photos for local upload (in manual upload scenarios);

  File read/write permission: Used to temporarily cache photo files to be uploaded.

d. Storage period:

  Authentication information: The user id, device id, mobile cloud disk AppId, AppKey, uuid, accesstoken, account, and other authentication information we store will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain the authorization status. After you unbind the mobile cloud disk account or cancel your VMOV account, we will immediately delete the locally stored associated information.

  Photo content: Photos uploaded from the watch to the mobile cloud disk are stored on China Mobile Cloud Disk servers; their storage period is subject to the privacy policy and storage rules of the China Mobile Cloud Disk itself. We do not control the storage period and deletion mechanism of your photos on the mobile cloud disk.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Unbind/Cancel: You can unbind the mobile cloud disk account in the App's "Mobile Cloud Gallery" settings, or cancel your VMOV account; then the locally stored authentication information will be deleted, but photos already uploaded to the mobile cloud disk will not be affected (you need to log in to the mobile cloud disk separately to delete them).

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will not affect photos already uploaded to the mobile cloud disk.

f. Your rights:

  You can unbind the mobile cloud disk account in the App settings at any time; after unbinding, watch photos will no longer be automatically uploaded to the cloud disk.

  Photos you have already uploaded to the mobile cloud disk will remain in your cloud disk space; you can log in to China Mobile Cloud Disk (https://caiyun.139.com) to manage or delete them yourself.

  You can also delete locally stored authentication information by canceling your VMOV account.

g. Child personal information protection:

  If the watch user is a minor under the age of fourteen, the photos they take are child personal information. In accordance with the Regulations on the Online Protection of Children's Personal Information, we will inform you (as the guardian) in a prominent and clear manner when using this function for the first time, and only enable the mobile cloud gallery function after obtaining your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unbinding the mobile cloud disk account. You can also log in to the mobile cloud disk to view, manage, or delete uploaded child photos.

After the watch user takes photos with the watch, the watch user can manually choose to upload the photos to the "Watch Album" function of this App for you to view, save, or share. You can view, download, or delete watch photos in the App at any time. After deletion, the server will synchronously delete the photo.

You can use the watch album function to view and manage locally taken and synchronized image materials on the device, supporting local preview, deletion, and sharing of images, meeting daily image viewing needs.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the album preview and management functions, we will read the device's local pictures and album file data. Specifically, this includes:

  Photo content actively uploaded by the watch user (image files);

  Photo metadata (such as shooting time, file size, etc., only used for sorting and display).

  The above information is only used for local album display and material management; we do not actively upload or analyze user image content, and do not use it for advertising, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you centrally view and manage photos taken by the watch;

  Support local preview, download saving, sharing, and deletion of photos;

  Make it convenient for you to back up important photos promptly, avoiding data loss due to device loss or factory reset.

c. Required permissions:

  Read media pictures, videos, audio permission: Used to read the watch's local and synchronized image files.

  Local storage read/write permission: Used to save the photos you download from the App to your phone's local storage.

d. Storage period:

  Last 100 photos: When the number of photos exceeds 100, the system will automatically overwrite the earliest photos (i.e., only keep the latest 100). You can also actively delete unwanted photos.

  Photos are managed according to this rule on both the server and the watch locally.

  Manual deletion: You can delete single or multiple photos on the "Watch Album" page at any time. After deletion, the server will synchronously delete them, and they cannot be recovered.

2.6.13 Scan Records, Vocabulary Book

Some scanning pen devices support the "Scan Records" and "Vocabulary Book" functions. You can actively choose to upload the scanned text content or queried new words to China Mobile Cloud Disk for cloud storage, enabling cross-device viewing and management.

  Scan Records: When you use the scanning pen to scan text on paper and translate it, you can actively choose to upload this scan record (including the scanned text, translation results, etc.) to your mobile cloud disk account.

  Vocabulary Book: When you use the scanning pen to look up a new word, you can actively choose to add the new word to the vocabulary book and synchronize it to your mobile cloud disk account.

  The above operations are all actively triggered by you; we will not upload any content automatically without your consent.

b. Information we collect:

  To enable the upload and synchronization of scan records and vocabulary books, we need to transmit the following authentication information to the China Mobile Cloud Disk to complete identity verification and authorization binding (such information constitutes technical parameters necessary for interface calls, as defined by the China Mobile Cloud Disk development interface specification):

2.6.14 Watch Face Market

You can use the "Watch Face Market" function to browse, download, and change various watch face styles, freely setting the watch's display interface to personalize your device's appearance.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the watch face browsing, downloading, and changing functions, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and push compatible watch face resources.

  Watch face ID: The unique identifier of the watch face you have downloaded or are using, used to record your watch face usage preferences, count watch face downloads, and optimize watch face recommendations.

  The above information is only used for downloading and changing watch faces in the watch face market and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Display a list of watch faces compatible with your watch;

  Record the watch faces you have downloaded or used to restore watch face preferences after device replacement or reset;

  Count watch face download popularity.

Watch face purchase payment:

  Some watch faces are paid items; you can purchase them by scanning a payment QR code generated by the watch.

  Payment process: When you select a paid watch face on the watch, the watch generates a payment QR code containing order information. You scan this QR code using a payment App on your phone (WeChat, Alipay) and follow the instructions in the payment App to complete the payment.

  Information we collect: To complete the transaction, fulfill the order, and perform financial reconciliation, we will collect the following information:

   Order number: The unique order identifier generated by the system.

   Payment method: The payment channel you used (WeChat Pay or Alipay Pay).

   Order amount: The price of the watch face you purchased.

  Manual replacement: After you switch to another watch face, the original watch face file is still retained locally on the watch (you can delete it manually).

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated watch face usage records will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear all watch face files stored locally on the watch.

f. Your rights:

  You can browse, download, and change watch faces at any time; downloads are unlimited.

  You can manually delete watch face files stored locally on the watch (usually through the watch face management interface).

  You can clear all watch face data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: We only collect the watch face ID for functional purposes; we do not read the content of watch face files or analyze your usage habits. Downloading watch faces consumes network traffic; it is recommended to operate on a Wi-Fi network. If the watch user is a child, the guardian can assist in selecting and changing watch faces to avoid inappropriate content.

2.6.15 Face Unlock

You can use the "Face Unlock" function to control whether the watch user can enable this unlock method. This function involves the processing of biometric data, and we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, only enabling it after obtaining your explicit separate consent.

a. Information we collect:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to associate the status (enabled/disabled) and configuration of this function.

b. APP does not collect facial information:

  We absolutely do not collect, store, or upload any facial images, facial features, or raw facial data.

  The APP is only responsible for recording your authorization status for this function (enabled/disabled) and sending your consent instructions to the watch.

  The "separate consent" you grant through the APP is a necessary prerequisite for enabling this function on the watch.

c. Watch-side processing method:

  The watch does not store raw facial photos or images; it only stores facial feature information processed from features (such as facial landmark data) for local comparison and unlocking.

  Feature information is stored in a secure area of the watch locally (such as a Trusted Execution Environment) and is not uploaded to the server.

  During the unlocking process, the watch captures a facial image in real-time and compares it with the locally stored feature information; the raw image is deleted immediately.

d. Purpose of processing:

  Record whether you agree to allow the watch user to enable the face unlock function;

  Based on your authorization status, allow or prohibit the watch from using this function.

e. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize the authorization status (only for enable/disable commands, not involving facial data).

f. Storage period:

  Device ID and authorization status: Will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain function configuration.

  Watch local feature information: Managed locally by the watch until you disable the function or perform a factory reset.

g. Deletion mechanism:

  Disable function/Delete authorization: You can disable this function at any time in the APP's "Security Settings - Face Unlock". After disabling, the feature information on the watch will be cleared.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear all feature information stored locally on the watch.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, the APP-recorded authorization status will be deleted, and we will send a command to the watch to clear the feature information (if the watch is online).

h. Your rights:

  You have the right to separately consent to whether to enable the face unlock function; disagreeing does not affect the use of other functions.

  You can enable or disable this function at any time; after disabling, the watch-side feature information will be cleared.

  You can choose other unlock methods (such as PIN code, pattern password) as alternatives.

2.6.16 Task Setting

You can use the "Task Setting" function to customize study or life tasks (such as doing homework, reading, cleaning, etc.) and set reminder times, durations, reminder methods, and reminder voices, helping you or the watch user develop good task management habits.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the task setting and reminder functions, we will collect the following information:

  Task name: The type of task you select or customize (e.g., "Do Homework", "Read", "Clean", etc.).

  Task start time: The start time you set for the task (e.g., 7:00 PM daily).

  Task duration: The estimated duration you set for the task (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour).

  Reminder method: The reminder cycle you select (once only/daily/weekday/custom repeat cycle).

  Reminder voice: The voice reminder content you record via "Press and hold to speak" (played when the task starts as a reminder).

  Task completion status (optional): Whether you mark the task as completed, used to count task completion.

  The above information is only used for task management, timed reminders, and completion status recording, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Send a reminder notification (can be accompanied by a voice reminder) via the watch at the set start time;

  Optionally send a completion prompt after the task duration ends;

  Support automatic refresh of recurring tasks, helping to develop regular habits.

c. Required permissions:

  Microphone permission: Used to record voice reminder content. You can turn off this permission in your phone/watch system settings; after turning it off, you will not be able to use the "Press and hold to speak" function, but you can still set text reminders.

  Notification permission: Used to send push notifications for task start/end.

  Storage permission: Used to temporarily store recorded voice files (can be deleted after the task is completed).

  Network permission: Used to synchronize task settings to the server for multi-device sharing.

d. Storage period:

  Your task setting information (task name, time, duration, reminder method, voice file, etc.) will be retained for the duration of your account for restoration after device replacement or reset.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete a single task or batch delete completed tasks in the task list.

  Modification overwrite: When you modify task settings, the original configuration is overwritten by the new configuration.

  Disable function: Disabling the task reminder function does not affect already stored task settings (you can delete them manually).

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated task settings and records will be immediately deleted.

  You can re-record reminder voices or turn off voice reminders at any time.

  You can choose not to mark task completion status (only use the reminder function).

g. Special note: The task setting function is designed to help plan daily affairs and cultivate time management skills. Reminder voices are recorded by you; we only encrypt and store them for playback and do not analyze the voice content or use it for other purposes. Recurring tasks will automatically reset upon expiration; you can also manually mark them as completed or skip them. This function does not involve any mandatory measures; missing a task reminder will not have adverse consequences. If the watch user is a child, it is recommended that the guardian assist in setting reasonable tasks to avoid excessive interference. We will not use task data for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties.

2.6.17 Class Schedule

You can use the "Class Schedule" function to set course arrangements on the watch or in the App, including course names and class times, making it convenient for you to make study plans and receive class reminders.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the class schedule function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to associate the class schedule configuration and synchronize it to the watch.

  Class schedule data: The course names, class times (start/end times), and other information you manually enter (filled in by you).

  The above information is only used for class schedule display, class reminders, and study plan management, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you view the daily course schedule on the watch;

  Send reminder notifications (e.g., vibrate 5 minutes in advance) via the watch or App before the class starts;

  Support multi-end synchronization of the class schedule; data is not lost after device replacement.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize class schedule data to the server for multi-device sharing.

  Your class schedule data will be retained for the duration of your account for cross-device synchronization.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete single or all course records on the class schedule editing page at any time.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated class schedule data will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the watch's locally cached class schedule data, and the corresponding data on the server will also be deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can add, modify, or delete course records at any time.

  You can choose to turn off class reminders (after turning off, notifications will no longer be sent).

  You can completely clear all class schedule data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: The class schedule function is managed by you; we will not analyze your course content or use it for any commercial purposes. Reminder notifications depend on the device system settings; please ensure that notification permissions are enabled. If the watch user is a child, the guardian can assist in setting the class schedule to help the child develop good study habits. Class schedule data is only used for display and reminders and does not constitute educational or medical advice.

2.6.18 Student Information

You can actively enter school, grade, class, name and other student information for the watch user (e.g., a child) in the App, so that it can be displayed as an identity marker on the watch, making it convenient for school teachers, administrators, or parents to identify. This information is provided by you voluntarily, and you can edit, modify, or delete it at any time on the App's "Home - Student Information" page.

a. Information we collect:

  School name: The name of the user's school (filled in by you).

  Grade/Class: The user's grade and class (filled in by you).

  Name: The user's name (filled in by you).

  The above information is only used for device identification and identity display and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, personalized recommendations, marketing, etc.). We strictly adhere to the principle of minimal necessity, only collecting the information you voluntarily provide.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Display the user's identity marker on the watch and in the App, making it convenient for school teachers, administrators, or parents to identify;

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize student information to the server for sharing across multiple devices.

d. Storage period:

  The student information you enter will be retained for the duration of your account for restoration after device replacement or factory reset.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Factory reset: After performing a factory reset on the watch, the student information stored locally on the watch will be immediately cleared, and the corresponding student information on our server will also be deleted synchronously.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated student information will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can view, modify, or delete the entered student information at any time.

  You can choose not to fill in some or all student information; this will not affect the use of other core functions.

g. Special note: Student information is provided voluntarily by you, mainly used for identity identification and emergency assistance. We will not use student information for any commercial purposes (such as advertising, analysis, etc.) nor actively share it with third parties (except as otherwise required by laws and regulations). If you prefer not to provide student information, the basic functions of the watch and App (such as positioning, chat, calls, etc.) can still be used normally. Please ensure the information provided is accurate to avoid identification errors due to incorrect information.

2.6.19 Medication Reminder

You can use the "Medication Reminder" function to set the time to take medication and the repeat cycle (e.g., once a day, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, etc.). After successful setting, the device will remind you or the watch user to take medication on time by ringing or vibrating at the specified times. Some watches also support recording a voice for medication reminders, which will be played automatically when the reminder is triggered.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the medication reminder function, we will collect the following information:

  Repeat cycle: The reminder frequency you select (once only/daily/specific days of the week/specific dates of the month).

  Reminder method: The type of prompt you select (ring/vibration/both).

  Reminder voice (optional): The voice content you record via "Press and hold to speak" (only for watches that support this function). The voice file will be encrypted and stored for playback as a reminder.

  The above information is only used for timed reminders to take medication and recording medication status, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Send a reminder notification (ring/vibration) via the watch or App at the set medication time;

  Support automatic refresh of periodic reminders to avoid missed doses;

c. Required permissions:

  Notification permission: Used to send medication reminder pushes.

  Network permission: Used to synchronize reminder settings to the server for multi-device sharing.

  Microphone permission (only for recording voice function): Used to record reminder voices. You can turn off this permission in your watch or phone system settings; after turning it off, you can still use text reminders.

d. Storage period:

  Your medication reminder settings (time, cycle, voice file, etc.) will be retained for the duration of your account for restoration after device replacement or reset.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete a single or all reminders on the "Medication Reminder" list page.

g. Special note: The medication reminder function is only an auxiliary tool to help you or your family take medication on time and cannot replace professional medical advice. Please ensure the set times are accurate. If you miss a dose or take the wrong medication, consult a doctor. We will not use your medication information for any commercial purposes or share it with third parties. Reminders depend on the device system notifications; please ensure that notification permissions are enabled and the device has sufficient battery power.

2.6.20 Check Balance and Data Usage

When you use the "Check Balance and Data Usage" function, we will send a query command to the operator through the watch's phone number and read the returned SMS content to display the watch's current balance, data usage, and other information for you.

a. Information we collect:

  Account information: Your VMOV App account identifier, used to associate query records.

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device.

  Device phone number: The watch's phone number (SIM card number), used to send query requests to the operator.

  SMS content: The SMS text returned by the operator containing information such as balance, data usage, etc. (we only parse the key data and do not retain the raw SMS content).

  The above information is only used to display the watch's current balance and data usage for you and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you understand the watch's balance and data consumption in real time;

  Avoid affecting the watch's normal communication functions (such as calls, positioning, chat, etc.) due to insufficient balance or data overuse.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to send query commands to the operator and receive SMS messages.

  SMS read permission (only used to parse the query results returned by the operator): We will not read or save other unrelated SMS content.

d. Storage period:

  Your query records (including query time, balance, data usage, etc.) will be retained for the last 90 days.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can delete a single or all query records on the "Balance and Data Usage Query" page.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the query records stored locally on the watch, and the corresponding historical data on the server will also be deleted.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated query records will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can initiate balance/data usage queries at any time, with no limit on the number of times.

  You can view and delete historical query records at any time.

  You can choose to disable this function (after disabling, you can still query through official operator channels).

g. Special note: This function is only used to help you manage the watch's communication expenses; we will not use your phone number, SMS content, or consumption records for any commercial purposes. SMS content is only temporarily parsed during the query and is destroyed after parsing; the raw text is not retained. Querying too frequently may cause the operator to limit the service; please use it reasonably. If the watch user is a child, the guardian should monitor the usage of balance and data to avoid unexpected charges.

2.6.21 Data Usage Monitoring

When you use the "Data Usage Monitoring" function, you can set a data usage quota for the watch number in the App (e.g., 1GB per month). We will monitor the data consumption of each application and send you notification prompts when the data usage approaches or reaches the set quota.

a. Information we collect:

  Quota: The monthly data cap you set manually (e.g., 1GB, 2GB, etc.).

  Used data: The data consumption records of each application on the watch and the total usage (collected by the watch system).

  Popup reminder: When data usage reaches a set threshold (e.g., 80%, 100%), a popup reminder will appear in the App.

  The above information is only used for data usage monitoring, quota reminders, and statistics display, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, marketing analysis, etc.).

b. Processing method:

  Data usage data is automatically collected by the watch system, encrypted, and reported to the server for statistical calculation.

  The quota you set will be stored on the server for multi-device synchronization and restoration after device replacement.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to report data usage data.

d. Storage period:

  The quota you set and the data usage data will be retained for the duration of your account so you can view historical trends at any time.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can modify or reset the quota on the "Data Usage Monitoring" page, or manually clear historical data usage data.

  Factory reset: After performing a factory reset on the watch, the data usage data cached locally on the watch will be cleared, and the corresponding data usage records on the server will also be deleted.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated data usage monitoring data will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can modify or reset the quota at any time.

  You can view recent data usage details at any time.

g. Special note: Data usage monitoring data is for reference only; actual usage should refer to the operator's bill. This function will not automatically disconnect the network or incur additional charges when the quota is reached; it is only for reminder purposes. We will not use your data usage data for any commercial purposes (such as analyzing internet habits, pushing ads, etc.). If you do not want watch applications to consume data, it is recommended to disable background data permissions for unnecessary applications on the watch.

2.6.22 Fall Detection

After you enable the "Fall Detection" function, the watch will continuously collect motion posture data through its built-in accelerometer, gyroscope, and other sensors, using a local algorithm to analyze in real-time whether there is an abnormal posture (such as a fall or violent impact).

Note: This "Fall Detection" function is not a medical device or professional protective equipment and cannot guarantee coverage of 100% of fall scenarios. If the watch user has a special health condition, it is recommended to use it in conjunction with other monitoring measures.

a. Information we collect:

  Motion posture data: Sensor data such as acceleration, angular velocity, etc. (processed only locally on the watch, not uploaded to the server).

  Fall detection record: When the local algorithm detects a suspected fall event, the system generates a reminder record containing the event time and reminder status (does not include location information).

  Function setting information: The fall detection switch status, sensitivity, and other configurations you set.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Detect whether the watch user has fallen or experienced a violent impact;

  When a suspected fall event is detected, send a push notification to you via the App so you can understand the situation promptly and take necessary measures.

c. Required permissions:

  Notification permission: Used to send fall detection push notifications. You can manage this permission in your phone's system settings; after turning it off, you will not receive fall detection push notifications, but local detection on the watch will continue to run.

  Sensor permission: The watch's built-in accelerometer, gyroscope, and other sensors automatically collect posture data; no additional authorization is required.

  Network permission (optional): Used to synchronize fall detection settings and send notifications.

d. Storage period:

  Fall detection setting information (such as switch status, sensitivity, etc.) will be retained for the duration of your account to restore your preferences after device replacement or factory reset.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Disable function: You can disable this function at any time in the App's "Safety Guardian - Fall Detection" settings. After disabling, the watch will no longer collect motion posture data for fall detection, nor will it generate or push any reminder records.

  Factory reset: After performing a factory reset on the watch, the fall detection setting information stored locally on the watch will be immediately cleared, and the corresponding settings on the server will also be deleted.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated fall detection settings will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable the fall detection function at any time.

  You can modify the sensitivity of fall detection and other settings (if supported by the device).

  Disabling the function does not affect the normal use of other core functions (such as positioning, chat, calls, SOS alarm, etc.).

g. Special note: The fall detection function is intended to assist parents in learning about possible accidents but cannot replace active parental supervision. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fall detection. All sensor data is processed locally on the watch and not uploaded to the server. If you need location information in the reminder, please also enable the watch's positioning function (location information is provided by the independent positioning function). This function does not involve any call recording, environmental monitoring, or user behavior analysis. If you have questions about the detection results, you can provide feedback through customer service channels.

2.6.23 Family Members

You can use the "Family Members" function to add and manage family member accounts and device binding relationships, enabling device interconnection among family members, status viewing, family interaction, and safety protection related services.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the family member management function, we will collect the following information:

  Family member avatar: Display the avatar image of the family member.

  Role relationship: Display the family member's role.

  User nickname: The nickname displayed by the family member within the App.

  Device binding information: The device ID, binding time, and binding status of the watch bound to the member.

  Join/Delete request records: Records of requests from new members to join the family (including applicant information, application time, and processing status).

  The above information is only used to enable family member identification, device binding, and family service linkage (such as viewing family locations, receiving SOS alerts, family member chat, etc.). We will not use the related information for advertising, user profiling, or other unrelated scenarios.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you create a family group and manage multiple watch devices centrally;

  Enable safety protection functions such as location sharing, messaging, and SOS emergency help among family members;

  Support family member authorization and permission management (e.g., designating a member as an administrator who can review new member join requests).

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize family member data and receive related notifications;

  Device status access permission: Used to detect the watch's online status, ensuring family services are available in real time.

d. Storage period:

  Family member binding information, role relationships, nicknames, avatars, etc. will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain the family group structure.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: The administrator can delete any family member on the "Family Members" management page (the deleted member will no longer be able to view family shared information).

  Active unbinding: Members can unbind themselves and leave the family group.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated family member information will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the family member information cached locally on the watch, and the corresponding binding relationships on the server will also be deleted.

f. Your rights:

  The administrator has the right to review new member join requests, accept or reject them.

  The administrator can delete family members; the deleted member will no longer be able to share location or receive SOS alerts.

  Family members can leave the family group at any time.

  You can modify your own or family members' avatars, nicknames, and role relationships at any time.

g. Special note: The family members function only takes effect when you voluntarily add and authorize it. We will not use family member information for any other purposes (such as marketing, analysis, or third-party sharing). The administrator has management responsibility for the family group; please carefully review requests from new members. Location sharing and other family services are only visible among family members by default and will not be made public.

2.6.24 Block Unknown Calls

You can use the "Block Unknown Calls" function to block incoming calls from unknown numbers (i.e., numbers not in your phonebook or family number list) on the watch, avoiding nuisance calls and providing auxiliary security protection. At the same time, we will display the block records for the last 30 days for your review and management.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the block unknown calls function and display block records, we will collect the following information:

  User id: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate block records;

  Phone number: The number of the blocked unknown call (only used for blocking judgment and record display, not for other purposes);

  We will store your phone number, SMS information, and unknown call block records, displaying only the block-related records for the last 30 days. Your phone number, SMS information, and unknown call block records are stored in the cloud for the last 90 days.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete a single or all records in the block record list (deletion is irreversible).

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated block records will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will also clear the block records stored locally on the watch.

f. Your rights:

  You can view block records for the last 30 days at any time.

  You can add numbers to the whitelist in the "Block Unknown Calls" settings or disable the function (after disabling, unknown calls will no longer be automatically blocked, but you can still block numbers manually).

  You can completely clear all block records by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note: The "Block Unknown Calls" function makes judgments based on the contacts or family numbers you have preset. We will not use your block records for any commercial purposes. The blocking function may have false positives (e.g., important calls from unknown numbers); it is recommended that you periodically check block records and add important numbers to the whitelist. This function does not involve recording or monitoring call content.

2.6.25 Switch Settings

You can use the "Device Function Management" function to turn various basic functions of the device (or watch) on or off to adapt to personal usage habits and ensure normal device operation.

  To enable the watch switch control function, we will collect necessary basic device identification information (such as device model, switch statuses, etc.). We only collect the minimum amount of information required to enable the function, and will not read or access the device's private data (such as contacts, SMS, call logs, albums, etc.), nor will we use the related information for user profiling, content analysis, advertising, or other purposes.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you flexibly manage various device functions according to personal habits;

  Adjust device behavior in real-time according to your settings (e.g., automatically disable unnecessary functions in power-saving mode);

  Record your switch preferences to restore settings after device restart or replacement.

c. Required permissions:

  System settings permission (or modify system settings permission): Used to adjust various device function states.

  Network permission (optional): Used to synchronize your switch preferences to the cloud for consistency across multiple devices.

  Your various switch settings will be retained for the duration of your account to reapply your preferences after device replacement or factory reset. You can modify or reset these settings at any time.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual reset: You can reset all switches to their default states on the "Device Function Management" page.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated switch settings will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch or phone will also clear locally stored preference settings.

f. Your rights:

  You can turn switches on or off at any time; they take effect when the watch is online.

  You can choose whether to synchronize switch settings to the cloud (can be turned off in "Settings - Sync").

  Disabling a function does not affect the normal use of other functions (e.g., turning off GPS location may still allow limited WiFi positioning).

2.6.26 Terminal Wi-Fi Settings

You can use the "Terminal WiFi Settings" function to configure the device's Wi-Fi connection and network settings, ensuring normal network communication and connectivity for the device. When you configure the Wi-Fi network for the watch, we will collect the Wi-Fi name (SSID), password, and MAC address to help the watch connect to the network.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the WiFi configuration function, we will collect necessary device network identification information, specifically including:

  Wi-Fi name (SSID): The name of the network you are connecting to, used to identify and connect to the correct WiFi hotspot.

  Wi-Fi password: Used for encrypted authentication so that the watch can successfully access the network. The password is always stored with a high-strength encryption algorithm; we do not retain it in plain text.

  MAC address: The physical address of the watch's network device, used for network-level identification and connection management.

  The above information is only used for device network identification, parameter configuration, and networking function adaptation, limited to this function. We will not read or store plain text WiFi passwords, browsing history, or other private content, nor use them for any commercial analysis or advertising.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help the watch successfully connect to a Wi-Fi network, ensuring normal use of core functions such as data synchronization, positioning, and chat;

  Store network configuration information for quick filling the next time you reconfigure the network (without needing to enter the password again);

  Optimize network connection stability.

c. Required permissions:

  WiFi permission: Used to scan and connect to WiFi networks and obtain WiFi information.

d. Storage period:

  Wi-Fi name (SSID) and MAC address: Will be retained on the server during the normal use of your watch for device identification and network optimization.

  Wi-Fi password: Will also be retained on the server (encrypted storage) during the normal use of your watch for quick filling the next time you reconfigure the network, avoiding repeated entry.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Factory reset: After you perform a factory reset on the watch, the Wi-Fi information stored locally on the watch will be deleted, and the corresponding Wi-Fi connection information on the server will also be cleared.

  Manual deletion: You can manually delete saved network configurations on the App's "WiFi Settings" page (after deletion, you need to re-enter the password to connect).

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated Wi-Fi connection information will be immediately deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can modify or delete saved network configurations on the App's "WiFi Settings" page at any time.

  You can choose not to enable the "Save Password" function (if available), entering the password manually each time you connect.

  You can also completely clear all Wi-Fi information by performing a factory reset or canceling your account.

g. Special note: The Wi-Fi password is sensitive information; we store it using high-strength encryption algorithms and only use it for the convenience of network configuration, not for any other purpose. We will not read your browsing history or analyze your internet behavior. If you are concerned about password security, it is recommended that you enter the password manually each time you connect.

2.6.27 Time Format Switching

You can use the "Time Format Switching" function to freely switch the device's time display mode (12-hour or 24-hour format) to adapt to personal viewing habits and optimize the device usage experience.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the time format switching function, we will collect necessary basic device operation identification information (such as device model, current time format setting status, etc.). 2.6.28 Device Volume Adjustment

You can use the "Device Volume Adjustment" function to customize the media and ringtone volume levels of the device, adapting to different usage scenarios (such as studying, sleeping, outdoors, etc.) and optimizing the device usage experience.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the volume adjustment function, we will collect necessary basic device operation identification information (such as device model, current volume setting level, etc.). We only collect the minimum amount of information required to enable the function, and will not read or access the device's private data (such as contacts, location, raw microphone recordings, etc.), nor will we use the related information for user profiling, content analysis, advertising, or other purposes.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Change the device's media volume and ringtone volume in real-time according to your adjustment;

  Record your volume preference to restore settings after device restart or replacement.

d. Special note: The device volume adjustment function only involves local adjustment of volume levels; we do not collect background ambient sound or recording content from your environment. All setting information is only used to meet your personalized needs and does not involve any data analysis or sharing.

2.6.29 Scheduled Power On/Off

You can use the "Scheduled Power On/Off" function to customize the device's power-on and power-off times, enabling intelligent start and stop of the device to adapt to daily usage needs (such as automatically turning off at night to save power, automatically turning on in the morning, etc.).

  To enable the scheduled power on/off function, we will collect necessary device identification and timing configuration information, specifically including:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to associate scheduled tasks with the corresponding device;

Some devices may not support automatic shutdown due to hardware limitations; please refer to actual functionality.

2.6.30 Device Alarm

You can use the "Device Alarm" function to customize alarm times and repeat cycles (e.g., daily, weekdays, weekends, etc.), enabling timed reminders to meet daily schedule and task reminder needs (such as waking up, taking medication, meetings, etc.).

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the alarm function, we will collect necessary device configuration information, specifically including:

  Alarm timing configuration: The reminder time (hour, minute) you set, repeat cycle, alarm label (e.g., "Wake up", "Take medicine", etc., voluntarily filled in by you).

  Device basic identifier information: Device model, used to ensure the alarm function triggers correctly on different devices.

  The above information is only used for alarm task creation, identification, and timed reminder triggering, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

  Trigger alarm reminders (sound, vibration, or both) at the specified times according to your settings;

  Record your alarm preferences to restore settings after device restart or replacement.

  Notification permission: Used to send notification reminders when the alarm is triggered.

  System settings permission (optional): Used to adjust the alarm volume or vibration mode.

d. Special note: The device alarm function is only used for timed reminders; we do not collect your schedule, location, or any other personal information. The sound or vibration triggered by the alarm is only executed locally and does not involve data upload. If you are concerned about sleep disturbance, you can set the alarm to automatically mute during do-not-disturb periods (if supported by the device).

2.6.31 Device Transfer Assistant

You can use the "Device Transfer Assistant" function to migrate and synchronize data between old and new devices, conveniently completing device data backup and transfer during device replacement.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the device data migration function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifiers of the old watch and new watch, used for device matching and identification;

  Device compatibility identification information: Device ID, used to ensure compatibility and stability of data transfer.

  The above information is only used for identification, matching, and data transfer link establishment between old and new devices, ensuring the transfer function is completed normally.

b. Processing method:

  The Device Transfer Assistant transfers data from the old watch to the new watch through a local area network (Wi-Fi Direct or Bluetooth) or a secure cloud relay channel.

  Data is protected by an encrypted channel (such as TLS) during transmission to prevent interception or tampering.

  The Device Transfer Assistant only acts as a data transmission channel; we do not cache, back up, or analyze the data during the migration process.

c. Storage period:

  Not saved. The data will not be retained on our servers after the migration is complete. Temporary data generated during the transmission process (such as transfer task records, device ID matching information) is cleared immediately after the migration is completed.

d. Deletion mechanism:

  After the migration is completed, all temporary data is automatically cleared without requiring manual user operation.

  You can also cancel the migration midway; after cancellation, partially transferred data will not be retained.

e. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to establish the transmission channel between devices;

  Storage permission: Used to read data from the old watch and write it to the new watch;

  Local network permission (iOS) or WiFi state permission (Android): Used for device discovery and connection.

f. Your rights:

  After the migration is completed, you can check the data integrity on the new watch; if something is missing, you can re-execute the migration.

  If an exception occurs during the migration, you can abort the operation and retry.

  The data on the old watch will not be automatically deleted due to migration; you can decide whether to keep it.

g. Special note: The Device Transfer Assistant function is designed to help you conveniently replace devices and avoid data loss. We promise not to retain any migration data, nor to use your data for any other purposes. It is recommended to manually confirm the data integrity on the new watch after the migration is completed. If the data migration involves a child, you, as the guardian, should ensure that the necessary authorization has been obtained.

2.6.32 Mode Switch

You can use the "Mode Switch" function to control whether the watch enables Adult Mode. This function allows you to flexibly switch the watch's operating mode (e.g., Adult Mode, Child Mode) according to usage scenarios.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the mode switch function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to associate the mode status and switch records.

  Mode status: The watch operating mode you set (Adult Mode/Child Mode), used to control the watch's function permissions and interface display.

  Switch time records: The specific times of each mode switch (including the time switched to Adult Mode and the time switched back to Child Mode), used to record mode usage history.

  The above information is only used for mode status identification, switch command execution, and usage record query, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

  Based on your authorization, allow or prohibit the watch from enabling Adult Mode;

  You can enable or disable Adult Mode and view switch history records on the App's "Mode Switch" settings page at any time.

  You can choose not to record switch times (turn off the "Record mode switch time" option, if available), but this may affect your subsequent queries.

  You can clear data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

2.6.33 Auto Answer

You can use the "Auto Answer" function. After enabling it, when the watch receives an incoming call, the system will automatically answer after 10 seconds of ringing, making it convenient for the watch user in special scenarios such as when their hands are occupied. This function requires you (the parent) to enable it in the App and the watch user to confirm agreement on the watch before it takes effect.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the auto answer function, we will collect the following information:

  Device basic configuration information: Device ID, auto answer switch status.

  Call status identification information: Call status (ringing, connected, hung up), only used to determine whether to trigger auto answer.

  Phone numbers that can be auto-answered: Selected from the phonebook you set as numbers that can be automatically answered.

  The above information is only used for call status identification and auto answer command triggering, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Automatically answer the call after a 10-second delay, avoiding manual operation.

c. Required permissions:

  Phone permission: Used to read the call status (ringing, connected, hung up); it is a necessary permission for enabling the auto answer function.

d. Storage period:

  Your auto answer preference settings (such as switch status, phone numbers that can be auto-answered) will be retained for the duration of your account to restore your preferences after device replacement or factory reset. You can modify or disable this function at any time.

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual disable/modification: You can disable this function or modify phone numbers that can be auto-answered on the App's "Call Settings - Auto Answer" page.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated preference settings will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear the auto answer configuration stored locally on the watch, and the corresponding settings on the server will also be deleted.

f. Your rights:

  You can enable or disable the auto answer function at any time.

  You can select phone numbers that can be auto-answered.

  Disabling this function does not affect manual call answering.

g. Special note: The auto answer function requires the parent to enable it in the App and the watch user to confirm agreement on the watch; it takes effect only after dual authorization. This function only works when you actively enable it. We do not record call content, nor do we use your call information for any commercial purposes. It is recommended to disable this function when not needed to avoid accidental answering. Some devices may not support auto answer due to system limitations; please refer to actual functionality.

2.6.34 Find Watch

You can use the "Find Watch" function to remotely trigger the device to ring, helping you quickly locate the watch device (e.g., when misplaced at home or in the office).

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the find watch function, we will collect the following information:

  User ID: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate your identity with the watch device;

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and send the ring command;

  Device online status information: The watch's network connection status (online/offline), used to determine whether the ring command can be successfully sent.

  The above information is only used for device identification and remote command sending, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Help you remotely trigger the watch to ring (even if the watch is in silent mode, the ringtone will play at maximum volume);

  Prompt you whether the watch can be found based on the device's online status (e.g., if offline, remind you to wait until it comes online before trying again).

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to send remote ring commands to the watch;

  Notification permission (optional): Used to send you the result of the find watch action (e.g., "Ring triggered" or "Device offline").

d. Special note: The find watch function is only executed when you actively trigger it; it does not automatically search in the background or record your location. The watch ringtone will play at maximum volume; please use it in an environment where you will not disturb others.

2.6.35 SMS Reminder

You can use the "SMS Reminder" function to select the types of SMS reminders to enable (such as low battery reminder, SOS emergency reminder) and set the guardian numbers to receive the reminders. When the watch triggers the corresponding event, the system will automatically send an SMS notification to the preset guardian numbers, allowing you to promptly understand the watch's status or child's safety situation.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the SMS reminder function, we will temporarily process the following information:

  Guardian numbers: The phone numbers you preset to receive reminders, used to determine the target for sending SMS messages.

  Reminder type configuration: The reminder types you selected (low battery, SOS, etc.), used to determine which reminder to send when an event is triggered.

  Watch status information (e.g., battery level below threshold, SOS button triggered): Only used to trigger reminders, not retained long-term.

b. Purpose of processing:

  Send a reminder SMS to the guardian number when the watch battery is low, helping to charge it promptly;

  Send an SMS to the guardian number when the child triggers an SOS emergency (including the watch's current location information, if positioning is enabled), for timely response.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to send reminder SMS messages through the SMS gateway.

  SMS permission (only for sending, not reading): Used to call the watch's system SMS function to send notifications.

d. Special note: The SMS reminder function sends messages through the operator's network; the resulting SMS charges are borne by you (billed according to the operator's standard rates). We do not record the content of the SMS, nor do we use your number for any other purposes (such as marketing, sharing). It is recommended that you regularly check that the guardian numbers are correct to ensure you receive notifications in emergency situations. If you do not wish to incur SMS charges, you can disable this function or switch to App push notifications.

2.6.36 Verification Code

When you need to retrieve the watch's lock screen password, you can use the "Verification Code" function. The system will send a message containing a verification code to your bound App account to verify your identity, ensuring that you are the one operating it.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the verification code sending and identity verification functions, we will temporarily process the following information:

  User ID: The App account bound to the watch;

  Verification code: The temporary numeric string generated by the system to verify your identity;

  Send status: Record of whether the verification code was successfully sent (only used for troubleshooting, not for other purposes).

b. Purpose of processing:

  When you initiate a password retrieval operation, send a verification code to your account to confirm you are the legitimate holder of the watch;

  Verify whether the verification code you entered is correct, thereby allowing you to reset the password.

2.6.37 Scenario Mode

You can use the "Scenario Mode" function to remotely set the watch's notification method (ring only or silent) when the watch is online, allowing flexible adjustment according to different scenarios (such as class, meetings, outdoors, etc.) to avoid disturbances or ensure important notifications are not missed.

  To enable the scenario mode setting function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and send the mode command;

  Mode configuration information: The scenario mode type you set (ring only, silent, vibrate, etc., depending on device support).

2.6.38 Work Mode

You can use the "Work Mode" function to flexibly set the watch's positioning frequency according to usage scenarios, balancing positioning accuracy and device battery life. Specific modes include:

Normal Mode: Automatically obtains location information every 10 minutes, suitable for daily guardian scenarios;

Power Saving Mode: Automatically obtains location information every 1 hour (reduces power consumption, extends battery life), suitable for scenarios where high-frequency positioning is not needed;

Sleep Mode: Manual positioning, only obtains location information once when you actively initiate a positioning request via the App; the watch does not automatically report location.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the work mode setting and positioning frequency adjustment, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and send the mode command;

  Mode configuration information: The work mode type you selected (Normal/Power Saving/Sleep) and the corresponding positioning interval parameters;

  Device online status: Ensures the command can be sent successfully.

2.6.39 Night Power Saving Mode

You can use the "Night Power Saving Mode" function. After enabling it, the watch will automatically disconnect from the network (including Wi-Fi and cellular data) between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM every day, reducing power consumption, extending battery life, and avoiding unnecessary notification disturbances at night.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the night power saving mode function, we will collect the following information:

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and send the mode command;

  Mode configuration information: Whether you have enabled night power saving mode, the effective time period (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

  The above information is only used for device identification, mode command sending and execution, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

  Automatically disconnect the watch's network connection during the set time periods;

  Automatically restore the network connection after the non-power saving period (after 6:00 AM);

  Help you save battery power while avoiding message interference at night.

  Network permission: Used to control the watch's network connection switch (disconnect/restore).

2.6.40 One-click Unlock, Remote Shutdown, Remote Restart, Reset Device

When the watch is online, you can perform the following operations without touching the watch:

One-click Unlock: Remotely unlock the watch's screen lock, convenient for quick use when the password is forgotten or in emergency situations.

Remote Shutdown: Remotely turn off the watch's power, suitable for scenarios where the device is lost or needs to be forcibly shut down.

Remote Restart: Remotely restart the watch, which can help resolve system freezes or application abnormalities.

Reset Device: Remotely perform a factory reset on the watch, clearing personal data (including contacts, messages, health data, etc.), suitable for device transfer or complete information erasure.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the above remote management functions, we will collect the following information:

  User ID: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to confirm operation permissions;

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and send commands;

  Device online status information: The watch's network connection status (online/offline), used to determine whether the command can be executed;

  Operation records: The initiation time, operation type (unlock/shutdown/restart/reset), and execution result (success/failure) of each remote operation, used for troubleshooting and security auditing.

  Help you remotely control the device when the watch is lost, the password is forgotten, or an emergency operation is needed;

2.6.41 Device Upgrade

You can use the "Device Upgrade" function to check for, download, and install the latest software version for the device. Through regular upgrades, you can access new features, experience optimizations, system vulnerability fixes, and performance improvements, ensuring the device runs stably and securely. When a new version is detected, you can choose to upgrade immediately or be reminded later.

a. Information we collect:

  The above information is only used for device identification, adapting system upgrade packages, pushing upgrade notifications, and downloading/installing upgrade files, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). 2.6.42 Call Log

To help you understand the watch user's call activity, we will record the watch's call log information and display a call log list for the last 7 days within the App.

  Call status: Answered, rejected, missed.

  Call time: The start and end time of the call (used to calculate call duration).

  Dial time: The time the call was initiated.

  Other party's number: The phone number of the call recipient/originator.

  The above information is only used to display call logs to you, helping you understand the watch user's communication activity, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.).

  Display the watch user's call logs for the last 7 days (including answered, missed, rejected);

  Make it convenient for you to understand the watch user's communication contacts and call frequency.

c. Required permissions:

  Phone permission: Used to read the watch's call logs.

  Network permission: Used to synchronize call logs to the server for multi-device viewing.

d. Storage period:

  App display: Only displays call logs for the last 7 days.

  Cloud storage: Call log data is stored in the cloud for 90 days.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated call logs will be immediately deleted.

2.7 Watch Application Management Functions

2.7.1 Application Supervision

You can use the "Application Supervision" function to view the installation and usage status of applications on the device, set application usage time periods, control device application usage behavior, and protect device usage safety.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the application supervision function, we will collect the following information:

  User ID: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate supervision configurations with your account;

  Device ID: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and synchronize application usage data;

  Installed application information on the device: Basic identification information such as application name, package name, application icon of applications currently installed on the device, used to display the list of available applications for management in the supervision interface. We do not collect user data within the applications (such as chat records, browsing history, account passwords, etc.), nor do we use the application list information for advertising targeting, user profiling, or other purposes.

  The above information is only used to implement the application supervision function (including displaying the application list), and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, content analysis, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Application list display: Show you the list of applications installed on the device for you to select which applications to supervise;

  Usage period setting: Allow you to set usable time periods for specific applications (e.g., weekends only, limited to 1 hour per day, etc.). During the disabled period, the application will not be able to start;

c. Storage period:

  Application list information: The list of installed applications on the device will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain the effectiveness of supervision configurations (the application list is dynamically updated as applications are installed/uninstalled on the device; uninstalled applications will be removed from the list).

  Supervision configuration information: The application usage periods, restriction rules, etc., you set will be retained for the duration of your account for restoration after device replacement or reset.

  Usage records: Application usage period records (e.g., attempted launches during disabled periods) are retained for 30 days.

d. Deletion mechanism:

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated application supervision configurations will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will delete the corresponding supervision configurations on the server.

2.7.2 App Store

Some watches support the "App Store" function. You can use the "App Store" function to browse, search, download, and install various applications compatible with the device, meeting daily usage and function expansion needs.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the app store service function, we will collect the following information:

  User id: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate download records, manage installed applications, and provide personalized recommendation services;

  Device information: Device ID, IMEI, software version number, used to identify the device model and ensure application compatibility.

  The above information is only used for application display, application search, application download and update, compatibility adaptation, and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to implement the function, and do not involve your personal privacy content (such as location, contacts, chat records, etc.).

b. Purpose of processing:

  Application display and search: Based on your device model, display the most compatible application list and ensure the accuracy and compatibility of search results;

  Application download and installation: Initiate download requests based on the application you select, ensuring the downloaded application is fully compatible with the device, avoiding installation failure or runtime issues due to version mismatch;

  Installed application management: Display the list of downloaded applications in the "Installed" section for you to manage and uninstall centrally;

  Application update reminder: Detect new versions of installed applications, download and install the update after your confirmation, ensuring application functionality and security.

  Network permission: Used to browse the application list, download installation packages, and synchronize application status.

  Storage permission: Used to temporarily store downloaded application installation packages on the device locally.

  User ID, device information: Will be retained for the duration of your account to maintain the basic functions and adaptation services of the app store.

  Uninstall application: Uninstall an installed application through the device application management interface; the associated data of that application will also be cleared.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated download records and configuration information will be immediately deleted.

Application review note:

  All applications in the App Store have undergone our internal security review to ensure they do not contain malicious code, do not improperly collect personal information, and comply with child protection requirements. Only after passing the review can they be listed. For applications already listed, we conduct regular re-inspections and remove them immediately if violations are found.

Special note: The App Store function is designed to provide you with safe, stable, and compatible application download services. We only collect the minimum information necessary to implement the function, and do not read or analyze specific data within your installed applications, nor do we use application usage data for advertising targeting or user profiling. All listed applications have undergone internal review, but we still recommend that you carefully read the application's privacy policy before installation to understand its rules for processing personal information.

2.7.3 Application Center

Some watches support the "Application Center" function. You can use the "Application Center" function to manage applications installed on the watch, supporting application viewing, starting/stopping, and uninstalling, conveniently controlling device application resources.

  To enable the application center management function, we will collect the following information:

  User id: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate device application data;

  Device id: The unique device identifier of the watch, used to identify the target device and obtain its list of installed applications;

  Installed application names on the device: The names of applications installed on the device, used to display the application list to you for easy identification and management;

  Application version: The version number of installed applications, used to determine if an update is needed or to adapt management operations.

We do not read user data within applications (such as chat records, account passwords, etc.), do not use application information for advertising targeting, user profiling, or other unrelated purposes.   Application display: Show you the list of all applications installed on the device, allowing you to quickly understand the device's application situation;

  Application uninstall: Support you to uninstall unwanted applications, freeing up device storage space.

c. Required permissions:

  Network permission: Used to synchronize the application list and management operation results.

  Read application list permission: Used to obtain basic information of installed applications on the device (limited to application name, icon, and package name, not involving in-app data). This permission is only called when you actively use the application center function and does not read frequently in the background.

d. Storage period:

  The installed application information on your device (application name, version) will be retained for the duration of your account to synchronize management status across multiple devices (uninstalled applications will be removed from the list).

e. Deletion mechanism:

  Manual uninstall: After uninstalling an application through the application center, the application disappears from the list; no need to manually delete application information.

  Application disable/enable: The status change of disabling or enabling takes effect in real-time and does not generate long-term retained data.

  Account cancellation: When you cancel your VMOV account, all associated device application list information will be immediately deleted.

  Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on the watch will clear all applications on the device.

f. Your rights:

  You can view the list of installed applications on the device at any time.

  You can enable/disable or uninstall applications (some system applications may not be uninstallable).

  You can completely clear all application management data by canceling your account or performing a factory reset.

g. Special note:

  The application center function aims to help you conveniently manage applications on your device, enhancing the device usage experience. We do not read or analyze the content within applications, nor do we use application information for advertising targeting or user profiling. The application enable/disable function does not affect the data within the application (such as account information, settings, etc.); it only controls whether the application runs in the background. After uninstalling an application, all local data of that application (such as cache, settings) will be cleared; please operate with caution.

2.7.4 Cloud Application Management

Some watches support the "Cloud Application Management" function. You can use the "Cloud Application Management" function to synchronize, view, disable, enable, download, and uninstall applications on the device via the cloud, and view basic application information. This function helps you manage device application resources across endpoints, enhancing the convenience of application management.

a. Information we collect:

  To enable the cloud application management function, we will collect the following information:

  User id: Your VMOV App account unique identifier, used to associate your cloud application configuration;

  Device id: The unique device identifier of the device, used to identify the target device and synchronize application management commands;

  Cloud application configuration: The application management strategies you set on each device, including application package name, management action (disable/enable/uninstall), effective time period, etc. These configurations will be encrypted and stored in the cloud to be synchronized and executed across different devices;

  Application synchronization status information: The execution status of application management on each device (e.g., "Disabled", "Enabled", "Uninstall successful", etc.), used to display the real-time results of management operations to you and ensure cross-device consistency.

  The above information is only used to implement the cloud application management function (including synchronizing application configurations across devices, sending management commands, and displaying execution status), and will not be used for any other purposes (such as user profiling, advertising, etc.). We only collect the minimum information necessary to implement the function, and do not involve user data within applications (such as chat records, account passwords, usage traces, etc.).

  Cloud synchronization: Save the application management strategies you set (e.g., disabling a certain application) to the cloud, allowing you to restore the original management rules with one click after changing or resetting the device;

  Cross-device management: Support managing applications on other devices (e.g., a child's watch) from one device (e.g., your phone), without needing to operate separately, improving management efficiency;

  Status viewing: Display the execution status of application management on each device in real-time (success/failure), making it convenient for you to understand the control effect;

2.8 Feedback and User Experience Improvement Program

When you encounter problems while using the App or want to provide feedback, you can send us questions or comments in "App - Online Help - Feedback". When sending feedback, the system will automatically upload your log information from the last 3 days to the server for investigating problem causes and optimizing function usage.

We promise: After receiving your feedback, we will respond within 15 working days (delayed if encountering public holidays). For complex issues requiring technical investigation, we will confirm receipt within 15 days and inform you of the estimated processing time.

User Experience Improvement Program: To continuously improve the product experience, we provide the "User Experience Improvement Program". You can enable or disable this program in "Settings - User Experience Improvement Program".

a. Information we collect (only when you enable the improvement program or actively provide feedback):

  Feedback content: The problem description, comments, or suggestions you actively input.

  Log information: Application runtime logs from the last 3 days (including operation records, crash information, etc.), used for problem diagnosis.

2.9.2 Device Information and Log Information

To ensure the secure operation of the software and services (such as crash diagnosis and fault repair), we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, software version number, operation logs, and service logs. The above information is only used for problem diagnosis and performance optimization; we will not use it for any commercial purposes.

b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure account security, we may collect application crash reports to promptly detect and handle abnormal situations.

c. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliates and partners can share with us in accordance with law or with your authorization, to determine account security, perform identity verification, and detect and prevent security incidents.

Please understand that as our business develops, the functions and services provided by the VMOV App may be adjusted and changed. In principle, when a new function or service is directly or reasonably related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable relationship with the original processing purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent when we collect and use your personal information.

a. To ensure that the application can normally receive push notifications from the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self-startup) capability. There will be a certain frequency of waking up the application via system broadcasts for self-startup or associated startup behavior, which is necessary for implementing functions and services.

b. When you open content-type push messages, after obtaining your explicit consent, the application will jump to open the relevant content. Without your consent, there will be no self-startup or associated startup.

c. When you open a file downloaded within this App, it will associate-start a third-party App.
